Gran Festivall All Inclusive Resort

I am giving this place a five-star overall because the amenities and food make up for the lackluster rooms. It is a very outdated hotel. It's almost cringe worthy when you first drive in, but the staff is really nice. The food in the buffet and the ceviche bar is really good. They have a kids' pool area that is covered and super fun. They have a lot of stuff to do, and the drinks are good. The rooms are small and outdated. They have kitchens but they do not work. No fridge or microwave. They have great water pressure. The rooms are clean, but like I said, it is super outdated. Overall, it's a fun, great place to stay at.

The staff is great and food is soo good. The villas a beautiful and comfortable. The beach is so close and they have their own site to relax and have drinks by the beach. If you want to enjoy dinner by the beach they have a restaurant that you can enjoy as part of your inclusive experience instead of walking to the hotel. They have so many activities for you to do, kids have there own water park and pools to enjoy. Never a dull moment. Definitely going back.

Great location and plenty to do! The beach is right by the resort and not as many people so it’s not as crowded ! Staff is great you feel out of the way but yet lots of places to visit! Food here excellent!

Incredible service, lots of activities for the whole family. This is a family resort. Place is a little on the older side but it looks like they're investing in upgrades.

It was good we had the all access so everything was free obviously there were lines but when it's free you don't care as much we were close to the pool but the beach was a little far it was worth it though it was a nice

An amazing place, awesome for the family and all the people in general. One of the best places I've ever stayed in.

I love how the ocean is at 3 minutes walking from my room, the staff is very friendly, and the food and drinks are very good. The only downside may be the price.
