We've belonged to Intercam for 7 years. They are an easy bank to deal with. This branch is in Manzanillo and our account is from Puerto Vallarta and we had no problems at the teller with the proper documents for our transaction.

No aceptan cantidades menores a 100 usd y no están abiertos la mayor parte del día. Baco azteca te toma a mejor tipo de cambio y está abierto la mayor parte del día y también cambian monedas.

The teller (caja #1) was not very friendly seemed a bit racist. Mexican's visiting their country should get better customer service. It's sad to see your own kind being racist to their own people.
If you are a tourist of skin color do NOT go to this bank.
Make sure you have a government issued document. US driver license won't work. (US passport or Mexican government ID will do.
