The paella was delicious. The whole experience was great. Explore all the rooms. An interesting variety of cocktails too. Our service was excellent. One of our diners has several food restrictions and they were able to accommodate.

Extremely unique place! Basically a secret entrance that leads through a garden. The restaurant itself is made from an old factory. There is also a movie theater and an event venue. It was my first visit, though I have been followimg them on Instagram for a while. Unusually and intriguing menu, with a large bar assortment. The building was a flour factory and a lot if the history has been preserved. The restaurant is part of a large complex of buildings that include a cinema, art gallery, music venue and more.

This restaurant deserves my 5 stars. As somebody living in Berlin I'm quite accustomed to good quality food in nice places (not fancy, but more like industrial turned to restaurant I mean) and this restaurant would perfectly fit into the Berlin food world and strive.
I had the pork belly tacos and they were delicious for a totally competitive price (190 if I recall correctly).

This place feels like a secret speakeasy when you’re coming in. Very understated entry with just two large metal doors with the name of the bar on them. You walk down a lush, well-lit passageway that leads to the intimate inner sanctum. There are several different parts to this converted precision factory. There’s a traditional bar, a wine bar with local beers, a discotheque (weekends), a cinema, an art gallery and a really beautiful courtyard with spacious seating. We wish we could have stayed longer. We’re certainly making this a place we come to on every trip to Mérida. Feels like a well-kept secret, as locals took us here, so few tourists (like us). The staff spoke English.

Loved the place! This place has a movie theatre, restaurant, art gallery, boutique and a wine bar. Super beautiful decor and ambience and the staff was really friendly. The food was great. Get the pasta!

Delicious food, it's a center where you can find many ambients, from a dance hall to a cinema and art gallery, if you see the place from outside you would never thing this is what is inside and I loved it!

I really enjoyed visiting this place. My waitress was incredibly helpful, friendly, and spoke good English. The food was fresh and unusual - I'd never had a cocktail with whipped egg-white before! I love what they've done with an industrial area - converting it to such a beautiful space.

I wouldn't come here every day due to the price but for a treat it can't be beat.

I enjoyed great Mexican wine and a nice crafted cocktail at Salon Gallos. I think this is the most exciting and creative multidisciplinary space in Merida. Located in an old factory, it kept the old machinery which makes it very interesting. The lovely lady who works there have us a tour of the space which includes a restaurant, lovely patio, wine bar, movie theatre, private dining space, art gallery with rotating exhibitions and a music venue! I wish I discovered this earlier on my trip and had a chance to attend a live music event. A must see when you’re in Merida!

Got the paella and the pork belly tacos! It wasn’t the traditional paella that I was expecting but it was very good! Crispy pork belly is the bomb! Wish they had more variety of spicy sauce to go with it tho!

Gorgeous space, staff were great, cocktails were delicious! So many different seating areas, the cinema is really cool and love that they kept so many of the old factory elements.

What a cool experience. Romantic and low-key vibe, relaxing atmosphere and vegan friendly options! Absolutely a must. We had the flautas and avocado tacos. Walnut pie for dessert. The flautas were out of this world! Definitely recommend this place and definitely will be back.

Amazing place, super nice vibe. Restaurant has three art galleries and a cinema insight. Super nice and friendly stuff, english speaking as well. Insanely cool design and vibe. Also DJ on Saturdays. Only open till 10 during covid. Food was also very nice done and tasty. Highly recommend if you are in merida

By far my favorite place to hang in Merida during the pandemic. Open air, great food, good mezcals and nice people. Add a really cool small cinema with curated screenings, three galleries and a very chill vibe. I've been here more times than anywhere else in Merida.

Just had one drink, a Jamaikini, which was very tasty. Good service. If you sit outside be sure to ask for bug spray so the mosquitoes don't feast on you while you are feasting.

Wonderful, space, food and staff. I wish I lived closer so I can go back to see movies, go dance, have coffee and be friends the nice staff.

Exceptional place - old flour factory turned into a restaurant (great kimchi burger & service!), cinema, wine bar and club. Must visit.
