Hotel Zamná Boutique

I loved this hotel. Its a 15 min walk to the Centro. The hotel amenities is great. I loved reading in the lounge chairs by the pool. Very quiet and the staff helps you with anything you need. I couldn’t have asked for better people.

Even the guests were nice, I spoke to many of them. I would definately come back to this hotel if i were to come back in Merida.

I would 100% recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Merida. The hotel looks gorgeous, is very well situated and the staff are all super nice and helpful. Rooms are very clean and well equipped. Nothing bad to say. It looks as amazing as in the pictures if not more!

Had a lovely stay over the summer at Hotel Zamna. The hosts are welcoming, accommodating and helpful in acquainting you with Merida plus included ride to the airport. Great breakfast included and accommodated me as a vegetarian. The setting of the grounds are very tranquil plus the rooms clean, stylish and comfortable. Close to attractions but feels tucked away and quiet. Nice pool area to relax. Highly recommend.

Genial staff that make ever effort to helpful and communicate in English. Morning breakfasts were varied and delicious, served in an outdoor courtyard enhanced with trees that are labelled in both Spanish and English to allow the guest to familiarize themselves with fruit bearing flora.
There seems to be serious ongoing maintenance around the facility in the afternoon which keeps the surroundings in top notch condition. The pool area is a lovely welcoming respite from the heat when returning from enjoying nearby attractions. Many choices of restaurants within walking distance.
Only downside to the stay was the noise from construction next door which obviously is not controllable by the hotel although staff did apologize for the bother.
Guest parking is on street on a first come first served basis.

Don’t often write reviews (my bad) but the hotel is everything you could ask for. We are on a road trip and trying to budget at £100 a night but still keep quality. We got a great rate as end of season and service etc all outstanding. Highly recommend

We had a great time at Hotel Zamna. The space is beautiful, great location super close to downtown. Hotel is quite, has a nice pool and is very well taken care off. There is great breakfast every-morning. It is a small family owned business and the hosts are wonderful. thank you!

Fabulous little hotel. First you are greeted by the very friendly and welcoming owner who explains everything in detail and escorts you to the room. Then you see the attractive garden with a pool (with clear water at a perfect temperature) and loungers and sitting areas. Then the room is very nice and comfortable. The included full breakfast is excellent. It's located about a 10-15 minute walk from the center. No private parking but plenty of free street parking. Complimentary airport shuttle is an added bonus. Definitely recommended for those seeking a relaxing stay.

I loved the layout. It has a nice dinning area and a nice area to relax. Can't say Mexico without a hammock. The environment was really nice. I also loved their breakfast selection.

We had a lovely time in Merida staying at Hotel Zamna. We initially had an emergency that affected our arrival date. The hotel was very understanding and accommodating. The hotel is located in a beautiful property in the Centro neighbourhood, with amenities including a pool, patio dining area, excellent breakfast, and comfortable bedding. The owners are professional, attentive, and warm. I highly recommend this hotel (and had regretted not booking a longer stay!).

A gem of a little hotel! We got a warm greeting from the owner when we arrived and were shown to our room. The room was just as it was pictured; the pool area is lovely. It's a short walk to the historical town center. Breakfast was a wonderful treat along with great coffee and juice! I don't often do reviews but we were so pleased with Hotel Zamna that I want to spread the word. We'd go back in a heart beat.

VERY GOOD Hotel ! This hotel is very charming, the architecture is super nice and it looks better in real than in photos, we feel good there... The owners are very professional and nice. The Pool is one of the best I have experienced, because there's a special atmosphere in this place. Very good breakfast. Everything is clean and well maintained.

This is definitely one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The owner was pleasant, great communication, punctual.
To start with we asked for a transfer from the airport to the hotel and the car was there on time waiting for us.

Since we arrived in the morning, we couldn’t get our room right away (as the official check in is after 3 pm) but we were allowed to leave our luggage and go to see Merida.

The rooms are comfortable. Good shower. The pool is great

But most importantly the breakfast. We have experienced multiple times that the breakfast might take long. But not at zamna. It was quick and most importantly delicious

If I could I would have given 6 star no doubts.
Highly recommended. Will definitely come back there again.

One more thing, contact the owner through WhatsApp. This is the best way to sort everything out.

This hotel is absolutely incredible in every way! It was beautiful, in a perfect area and it is family owned by the two nicest people. They made us a homemade breakfast included with the room and it was one of the best meals we ate in Merida. They are also extremely clean and on top of covid guidelines. Loved the pool and grounds of hotel. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Lovely hotel, a little oasis makes you forget that you're in the city. Staff is friendly and helpful. Complementary breakfast was delicious and very convenient.

Very tastefully styled hotel in quiet area at short walking distance from the city center. Staff is very polite, friendly and assisting with everything. The outdoor pool in the inner-garden is very nice as well. The bathroom amendities are splendid. Free parking around the hotel. Ideal place to explore Merida or to relax

This hotel was my partner and my home for about a week while we toured the Yucatan peninsula. I recommend this as a excellent hotel to stay while visiting Merida. The location, 5-10 minute walk from the city center, is ideal. You have access to many of the big tourist sites without being right in the middle of the tourist noise. This location also gives you easy access to surrounding public squares and restaurants. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful during our stay. My partner and I ended up staying an extra 2 nights at this Hotel because we loved the location and activities we could access from it.

Beautiful and comfortable hotel. The people were so nice, so helpful and understanding. Will help you with anything. So clean everywhere. I’m so happy I got to stay here. They will make you feel so welcome! The food was amazing! Never missed breakfast. They pick up and drop you off at the airport! Perfection! Los Amo!! Espero verlos pronto !!

Wonderful place with incredible breakfast, great location, walking distance to Zocalo and 24 hr attentive owners. As a bonus: super fast Wi-Fi and great complementary espresso all day long. Rooms are specious and nicely decorated, hacienda style.

Very very beautiful place, incredibly polite and helpful staff. They will always help you, give recommendations about good places, about roads and about everything you need to know in order to have a good vacation.
