ADO Bacalar, Q.R.

The bus station from where we took the bus to Merida. It's a long journey and the company thoughtfully provided a drink for it. There's seating inside and it's air conditioned so you don't have to stand outside next to the motorway. There's also a grocery shop next door which sells various snacks. Efficient service.

Cash only..no cards. BACALAR is beautiful. November best months for seeing all seven colors of the lagoon. Hardly any purple acesse to the lake!

Love ADO great journey from Playa Del Carmen to bacalar. Both stations accept payment with card.

Surprisingly to me, things run very smoothly and on time (with a few minutes delay as expected). The buses run well and are clean. I won't hesitate to travel with ADO again.

This terminal was also good enough to do the job!

We weren't terrible hungry and we're enthused abt the menu items but both dishes we ordered were sabroso & bien elaborado! Plus the music was housey-vibey & just right. Hostess was so helpful and gave great tips!

It’s a very small bus station but the staff is really friendly. Even though they don’t speak much English they’ll try to help you. The buses that come and go to Cancún have continuous departures but if you’re going to a more remote village there are only a few per day.

Professional and helpful but no one could speak one word of English. Close to shopping malls.

A bit annoying that you pay so much money on the ride and when they stop in ADO satiation they charge extra money for the toilet!

That’s the main station when you arrive in Bacalar, they do also have a ADO shop for buying tickets.

BUSES ON TIME, CLEAN… THERE IS A NICE COFFEE AND BAGUETTE SHOP NEXT TO ADO, GREAT FOR WAITING, I THINK IS DELI CORNER
