Banana Go

Normally I don’t write reviews. But for Banana Go I make an exception. In short, I think it is the best place to eat in Bacalar. Great host and really good food. We had the fish roll with shrimps inside and the chicken roll with mushrooms and cheese inside. Also the ice cream foodtruck next to it is really nice.

Nice chilled restaurant / bar. Had a a very delicious burger (Big Boy). Would definitely recommend. Very nice waiter.

The shrimp burger was great, and the chicken one. Fries fine and service good. The price (on context of location) may tempt others to lower their reviews but we liked the burgers too much; happy to pay Tulum price. What they can inprove is update the posted opening hours to real; and have more desert available (had run out of all but one when we were there)...

Banana go is now banana gone! Today we were their last customers. They moved one block down the road to a bigger place. Food was fabulous though! I had a piratas roll yesterday and a burger today.

Decent place close to the lake. Quite new and a small menu, but the chicken rolls were fantastic, as well as the juices. Just be aware they don’t currently serve alcohol

Fantastic time at Banana Go! Absolutely loved the girl who served us she was so sweet and kind serving us in her best English. The style of food served is really innovative and delivered extremely well. We had a chicken roll and a fish roll both were great - we should have had a banana roll which also looked delicious.

So this is my first ever commeny, cause I usually don't have time for this, BUT I highly recommend this place! Food was amazing! Ask the Argentinian server, also very nice guy for his favorite meal! The chicken roll, it's amazing! Would eat there every day honestly, loved it soooo much !

I’m cruising from California to Chile, been in Mexico for 2 1/2 months and this is possibly the best meal I’ve had. One of those places that I would go to even if it was in the states! If you’re tired of tacos this is the best place in Bacalar! Get the Laguna roll, you will not be disappointed!

Food is very good ans fresh. The welcoming is warm and you can eat savourous meals. The concept of Banana rolls is real dope !!! Really enjoyed it. 👍😉

This is a cute place outside with small lights, way more affordable than restaurants next to the lake. It was very tasty and the personal was super nice !
