Enjoyed our stay. Good location for bus station and just a short walk into the main town area.

Great hostel in Bacalar - ideal for the ADO & only a short walk to the local fruit & veg market and just a little further to centro and the Laguna. Spacious communal area, reasonable kitchen for preparing your own food, a pool (!!) & breakfast if you want it. A happy cat to stroke & helpful staff. Rooms are cleaned daily (give the cleaner a tip as she deserves it!).
If you want to party go elsewhere - if you want to meet independent travellers & hear birds singing in the morning this is for you.

Wonderful hostel from start to finish. Super kind, caring and attentive staff and a wonderful design/overall layout. Really good vibe all around and quite clear that a lot of love has been put into this place. The rooms are super spacious and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Worth every peso!!!

Amazing experience, with the best people working there! Comfortable beds, quiet, and very centrally located. Xibalba is a must go for all travelers. Amazing food and wonderful free breakfast! The best!

We like the private pool where we can stay all night, next time we can back to experience the Water massage!

It be better to have dairy free option (soy, coco o almond) for breakfast.

Great hostel, love the staff too, super friendly. Rooms were clean and great toilet and shower facilities. Breakfast in the morning too was a nice addition!
Only 15 minutes walk to the lagoons!

For me the location was crazy, right infant the bus stop.

Amazing place to rest and enjoy the beauty of the lagon. The couple managing this hostel is the most friendly people ever. I warmly recommend this lovely place !

Je recommande. Chambre avec 4 lits, chambre spacieuse et propre avec douche et toilette, climatisation, balcon , possibilité d'utiliser la piscine.

Le petit inconvenient un peu bruyant, voitures et chiens mais ça reste supportable

Muy bueno, todo muy bien, solo que tienen un problema con la presión del agua caliente y no sale, pero Bacalar no es frío. Las habitaciones con cómodas, el lugar está bonito, y los precios son muy buenos.

Quedé muy contenta y satisfecha tanto con el servicio como con las instalaciones. La ubicación perfecta si viajas en ADO, el desayuno muy básico pero tampoco estaba mal. El servicio muy bueno, la alberca pequeña pero ideal para relajarse, ambiente tranquilo, sin duda lo recomiendo. Lo único malo es que no te proporcionan las toallas, las tienes que rentar o llevar tu propia toalla, así como cobija, pues bien, mi viaje fue de imprevisto casi de mochilazo y no llevé ni una de las dos más que lo básico, y pasé frío durante la noche, solo me pude tapar con la sábana y como estuvo encendido el AC durante toda la noche, pasé frío mientras intentaba dormir.
De ahí en fuera, todo lo demás muy bien. Me hospedé en abril del 2023.
