Absolutely amazing experience with Miguel and Melena on the 4 hour boat tour of the lagoon. Price includes an open bar and a whole fruit platter that we were served in the lake. The beer was flowing the whole time! My husband never had an empty bottle of beer and they have lots of non-alcoholic options too. We enjoyed learning about all the cenotes that are in the lake and the three spots we stopped to swim were phenomenal.
Note that no sunscreen is allowed when swimming in the lake and it is explained that it damages the creatures living there. Really appreciate the effort people are taking to preserve this pristine gem. Just make sure you bring something to cover up if you are worried about the sun and a hat and sunglasses are a must.
Miguel answered all our questions and offered us great suggestions of what to do in Bacalar and where to eat. We had a small group and it was such an incredible experience. Do not hesitate to book! It is worth every penny and more. Thanks for the great day!

I went on the sunrise paddle board tour, ended up being the only persons who had booked for that day so it was a private tour with Miguel. What a great experience! It was my first time doing this and Miguel gave me all the instructions and I managed without problems. He prepared a delicious breakfast at sunrise with lots of coffee to wake us up and keep us warm before the sun arrived. He also took loads of pictures and videos with his GoPro which I received after. Could have stayed out on the water all day. It was an incredible experience. Very easy to book the tour too on the website and pay by credit card.

Amir was an excellent captain. We took the 8am five hour cruise and it was incredibly enjoyable. The lagoon is quiet and still so you can really enjoy the water without much boat traffic. We enjoyed the water, kayaks and a thoughtfully prepared lunch. They went above and beyond to ensure our enjoyment and comfort for the experience.

We had the best day with Amir and Rossio! They were very friendly and showed us some great places. The group size was great and we were lucky to have great people on board with us. There was cold beer and drinks. The food was served during the end of the trip and the food was amazing. We highly recommend the tour with Amir!

We just came back from an amazing tour with Rommel and Raul. They had great knowledge of this area. We loved the swimming stops and we had a fun time on the boat with tequila shots and open bar. The fruit plate on the SUP was a perfect end to this fun trip! We recommend to do the morning tour if you would like to see the turquoise water and jumping into the water at noon was so refreshing.

We did the morning tour with Raul and Roman and had a great time! The trip was upbeat and informative. The fruit at the end was such a nice touch. They were super accommodating to having a multi-lingual group and made everyone feel welcome. The music was also very upbeat and matched the energy.

A note that if you’re coming in early November - you are unlikely to see the storks as they tend to fly away during the day. More of an FYI for travellers, but did not damper our experience on this excellent excursion!

We enjoyed an afternoon boat tour with Miguel as guide. Lovely swimming at several stops. Miguel provided us with great information and ice cold beers and cocktails , this was all topped up with some fantastic cut fruit while enjoying the sunset.

Would definitely recommend to do the Sailing tour of 5hrs. Why? Where to start….
-Tour was given by Amir and his girlfriend. They really made sure that you were having a great time. Just two really kind people.
-Open bar with cold beers, nice local cocktails with tequila and of course for those keeping it alcohol free they had water, soda’s, juices etc.
-During the 5hrs of sailing you stop at different places like ‘pirates canal’ to swim and discover or just relax.
- After 3hrs u stop once again for some nice food they prepared. We had some great guacamole and local dish (with of course nachos and tacos) and ended with delicious mango.
-Saved best for last: THE SUNSET. Sailing back because the 5hrs where almost up we were lucky to enjoy the beautiful sunset with some nice music in the background.
-One of the best things we’ve done in Mexico (and we did al lot)

Miguel and Alli were the best guide. They are nice, smilling and the Paddle Tour is the best I have ever done. You have go do it, it was incredible !

Miguel was such an AWESOME guide on our tour today! Not only did he take us to some incredible spots around the lagoon - he also gave us the history and ecological background of the place. Great, free-flowing drinks and a wonderful fresh fruit spread toward the end. 10/10!!!

They are awesome! They speak many languages and make everyone feel comfortable. I do not regret at all booking a tour with them. If you want to enjoy a fun boat ride and the lagoon, book with them. 1000% recommend.

Beautiful blue water. It was such a fun tour, open bar and snacks. The guides were very knowledgeable about the area. Covered boat but make sure you take a hat that covers you or long sleeves if you burn easily, because no sunscreen is allowed and you will spend about 2 hours in direct sun. Well worth the trip down from Tulum.

My sister and I did a boat tour a couple of weeks ago and had the best time! It was a beautiful, calm day and we were able to experience all the planned stops along the lake. Miguel, the captain, was super knowledgeable about the history of Bacalar and the lake, and he had great energy - he played the best music and kept the vibe fun throughout the afternoon. Malen was our bartender and she was very sweet and poured the tastiest drinks - and made sure our cups were never empty!
I definitely recommend you book a boat tour with Amir AdvenTours if you have time in Bacalar - it's the best way to experience the stunning lake!

Amazing tour with Amir! We are with a group of 21 persons and the tour is great! Amir has a lot of knowledge and showed us the nice spots. We could swim, saw the cenote and he prepared fruits. Def recommend going with him!

Very beautiful day on the lagoon. Friendly, professional, and informative staff. The food and drinks were very refreshing. You can't wear sunblock due to the sensitive ecosystem, so I'd recommend to wear sleeves and a hat if you are sensitive to the sun.

Miguel and Roccio were awesome and made sure we had a great day! The lagoon is amazing and can only be experienced best with a tour like this. Drinks and food were great, definitely got our money's worth. Would 100% recommend to anybody wanting the best tour of the lagoon.

My husband and I enjoyed the afternoon boat tour with Miguel and Ellie. Miguel was a fun and informative captain with lots of interesting facts about the beautiful lagoon. Ellie was a very attentive bartender and I always had a beer in hand (tequila shots right in the mouth was a special treat). We stopped at some lovely spots to go for a swim. At the end of the tour we had delicious fresh fruit served to us on a paddle board in the water. Great time!!

We did the sailboat tour which was amazing, it definitely exceeded expectations! Amir was a brilliant host/captain, and was very relaxed about the route we took and sites we visited as we were lucky enough to have the boat to ourselves. The drinks and food he made up were fantastic too - we got a lot more than we thought would! Thanks again, was definitely the best thing we did in Bacalar, and worth every penny.

We had such an amazing experience with Amir AdvenTours! We took the 3.5 hours boat ride and every minute of it was filled with fun and beautiful views!
Besides the non stop cocktails and explanation about the views, they served us with many exotic fruits on a surfboard.
