Hotel Maria Maria

This hotel is even nicer than the photos.
Very clean and comfortable. Drinking water is still available for free, and there is also a small kitchen. Eating breakfast while sitting in a beautiful, well-maintained garden is the best.
It was the best breakfast I've ever had while traveling. It's so delicious. The menu is varied. You will have the opportunity to taste typical Mexican food.
The room is spacious and clean and there is enough space for luggage.
The beds and bedding are all comfortable and clean. You can see a really nice sunrise from the balcony. Everything is provided, including a TV, refrigerator, electric kettle, cups, and chairs. It is a 5-minute walk to the lake and square.
The location is very good and quiet.
From check-in to check-out, the staff's kindness and beautiful smiles continued.
It was a very satisfactory place with nothing lacking. I was very happy while staying at the hotel.

Fantastic hotel! Lovely staff, amazing breakfast included. They booked us a lovely tour on a sailing boat. Rooms were comfortable and parking on site. Overall would highly recommend.

Few min to the downtown core and far enough from all the noice so you can get a good night sleep!

I loved this small hotel. The kindness of her hotess, Mrs. Maria is awesome. The rooms are very beautiful. The view fr Suite 5 is very nice on lagune. The breakfast is good, with fresh juices and omlettes...

Wonderful place to stay with a very nice staff to take care of it and the guests. Rooms makes you feel like you're at heaven specially when you are arriving from a long day at the beach and you want to have some rest. Very romantic also.

Small room,but was very clean..clean bed,,bathroom,shower..king size bed for 2.
Does have a lcd t.v. With plenty of channels..Air conditioner equipped..
Stayed there 1 nite,,was there to visit the lake..
Definitely recommend anyone to stay there..and would stay again..

Maria was so lovely and her accommodations impeccable (with AC, too!). My wife and I were touring around the Yucatán and happened upon Maria Maria. What luck! Maria invited us over for dinner one evening and fed us beautiful food with her family. It felt like we went to an old friend's for dinner. I can't heap enough praise on Maria Maria. Can't wait to visit again!!!

The hotel is very well located, like two blocks away from the lake. The staff and service are very nice. It's very clean and nice place to stay. If I go again to Bacalar, I'm sure I would stay here.

Cosy place, the owner received us with a big smile and give us the best room with lovely views of the Bacalar’s lake. We have been like at home and we would definitely go back someday!
