Great property, spacious rooms, very clean, pool area. I would definitely stay at this property again.
The hotel has a great location somewhere between main square and Paseo de Montejo. In the direct surroundings are many lovely restaurants.
It was no problem to check-in 2 hours before the regular check-in time without additional charges. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The WiFi was working trough my entire stay.

We had a excellent stay at this hotel. The firm beds and plump pillows were super comfortable, the room pretty and perfectly clean, and the hotel's location ideal for exploring the city's historical core. Bonus a most pleasant poil to cool off in after a hot day on the streets. Also quiet air conditioning, a powerful ceiling fan and cable tv also add to the confort of the experience.

For finicky travellers, I'll note that the room had no phone nor clock, also as is typical in mexican hotels, no wash cloths, and finally that boththe hot and cold waters ran lukewarm, which was just fine given the high heat we'd be in all day.

We noted that in other reviews some guests complained of the late night music from the club next door. In our experience this was not an issue at all as the quiet hum of the air conditioning combined with the sound of the fan created enough "white noise" to muffle the music pretty much entirely.

We'd stay here again without hesitation.

I came in on a whim and paid for one night. It turned into two nights, then three, then four.. My whole experience here was positive and enjoyable. The desk clerk that checked me in was friendly, kind, and smart. I believe his name is Edwin. I asked for a third floor room and he obliged, then followed me up to make sure everything was in place, and operating as it should. The whole place, including the swimming pool, courtyard, and foyer, was immaculate. Oil paintings depicting regional scenes, hung in every room and hallway. It was a home away from home, and I will happily return to the Hotel San Juan.

We have been staying at Casa San Juan in Mexico for two weeks and plan on staying until the end of February. We cannot be more complimentary of the service we've received. The manager had been been personally attentive to our needs. There is a shared kitchen which has worked out well for us. We have a room in the older section of the building. It is very large as is the modern bathroom.

Excellent. Rooms. Service. Steam room. Clean. Good location. Decided to stay one night more than originally planned. The staff is easy going and eager to help.

It's a nice place to stay the rooms are clean and comfortable and so are the bathrooms. It's in downtown and close to restaurants, stores, etc.

We stayed in casa San Juan for a week. Staff are super nice and friendly and helpful , very well located and room are clean and equipped

Un hotel bonito, con lo necesario para llegar prácticamente a descansar pues está en el corazón del Centro Histórico. A una cuadra se encuentra el parque Santa Lucía, a donde se llevan a cabo eventos culturales y musicales. Alrededor hay varios restaurantes y también tiendas de artesanías.

Tiene alberca y wifi gratis; también hay un bar a un lado de música cubana en vivo, por si quieres tomar una copa y disfrutar de la excelente música 🎶.

En el hotel venden botellas de agua, jugos y botanas, no cuenta con restaurante.

Excelente ubicación. El personal fue muy atento y amable y las habitaciones son básicas pero muy limpias y cómodas. Muy bueno por el precio.

Ottimo hotel in centro a Mérida molto pulito, con un parcheggio gratuito nelle immediate vicinanze, bella struttura e il WiFi funziona bene.
