Kyaut Ka Lat Pagoda is made up of beautiful rock formations in a serene lake atop a limestone pinnacle with Mt Zwekabin as the backdrop. The small platform on top is used for meditation. No photography is allowed as the platform is narrow. Nice!

Great spot for sunset the Pagoda sits on the top of a rock formation in the middle of the lake. Seriously big fish in the lake and some other animals. You can't climb all the way up just like 7m up to some praying point so don't expect to go to the top. Still a fun place to spend your sunset time

A bit of a drive south of Hpa-An, Kyawt Ka Latt Pagoda is a must-visit in Kayin State! Depending on the season, the pagoda and most importantly the background, will be a bit foggy (as seen in some of the pictures below). Take a photo of the sheer limestone formation with the golden pagoda on top of it with the reflection on the surface of the still waters. Chan Thar Gyi Temple is the massive structure near the Pagoda.

Beautiful Pagoda. The surroundings are quite scenic and you can spend some time just admiring the location. Best time to visit is in the evening or early morning

This is one of the most unique pagodas I've ever seen! The sheer structure of the rock with the pagoda built on top was interesting, something out of an art museum. The beauty of the trip starts from the walkway leading across the water. Look down into the water and you'll see many Koi fishes begging for food and most likely a family feeding them. One you get across the bridge you'll run across a couple barefooted monks and chickens with little to no tourists. It feels like I was walking into someone's home so I treated it like that.
