Amazing Ngapali Resort

Amazing indeed! The private beach is wide and the sand soft and clean. The waters are shallow for some distance, with a soft sandy bed. Making for easy swimming. Even at capacity the resort has a quiet and serene quality. The gardens and palm tree lined accomodation is well kept and visually very pleasing. The only negative, food is underwhelming. However this is easily over looked as the overall standard of this resort is very high. This is definitely a place for couples or those adverse to over crowded, touristy counterparts such as Thailand or Malaysia. Also Burmese people are adorable. Hopefully it long continues this way!

Amazing is an understatement in regards to the service; the staff was great, turndown service was wonderful. Rooms had a great view, though the bathroom was a little dated in the "old wing" (tub / shower mainly). Wifi was great and had extensive reach, barely any issues (which is not easy to say for many places in Myanmar). Breakfast was superb. Happy hour was great. Just wish they had beach-side service (and tables next to the loungers) because I would have racked up a hefty bill if I were able to order drinks on the beach :) The area of the beach is very quiet and away from everyone/other resorts.

The resort is absolutely pristine; people are constantly at work. The vibe is definitely a "honeymoon" type vibe, so it's not ideal for solo travelers unless you're really comfortable with yourself. I could tell the staff was unsure of how to interact with someone solo, but they were very kind nonetheless!

Have complete package for your trip, excellent breakfast. Offseason value is the best deal. Friendly services, good in-house restaurant can provide western menus, classic dinning experience & local foods. Neat & tidy rooms, bathroom but small swimming pool. Location close to the beach, but the beach itself is not clean, lot of plastics & cans. They have morning tour to nearby side-seeing (pagoda, wet market & fishing village) highly recommend.

We stayed 10 days at the Amazing Ngapali Resort and we really loved it! It was the perfect holiday. Lu Aye is great at the bar and made the best Cocktails from Ngapali Beach! Choo Me and Sithu are just great and make us feel so welcomed. I got the best fresh made ginger tea with honey from them :) Sorry we couldn't really say goodbye anymore...
All people are so fiendly there, they are very helpful and always have a smile on their face.
Breakfast is perfect! Nice Omelettes, pancakes, waffles and more. The dinner was very special too. It looks like artwork, was very tasty and very good value for the price. We had a great view on the sea from our room and could really relax here. Just the sound of the waves and palm trees and the water is very clear and clean. The garden area is amazing. You feel like in paradise.
We will come again!

Amazing place, perfect beach, great breakfasts and friendly stuff (yes not everyone speaks English well but comparing other places in Myanmar it was OK).. Hotel restaurant is very good, but if you go outside the hotel you could eat for half price. Hotel provides nice service (bringing soft drinks to the beach, making up your bed in the evening etc :) We were absolutely satisfied with our staying there.

this hotel is very well maintained which is very rare in Myanmar. staffs are super friendly and very attentive.
we were picked up by staff at airport. when we arrived at hotel, we were welcomed with wet towels and coconut drinks. When we checked out we were give each seashell necklace and out names on it.

This hotel really was AMAZING and one of the best we've been to anywhere in the world.. It is not fancy and high-end,.. but just simple and understated. And that is the sheer beauty of it! You get picked up from the airport in an awesome old-skool bus and that's where your holiday begins.
The staff are so friendly and welcoming, they looked after us so well and greeted us with the warmest of smiles!

If you can, I would HIGHLY recommend booking one of beachfront villas. There are few pleasures in life better than
waking up each morning and being able to walk straight out onto the sandy beach!

The villa rooms are not modern, but this makes them charming and they are very comfortable. Massive queen sized bed for a great night's sleep.

The breakfast was plentiful - we definitely put on a few pounds during our stay.

The hotel restaurant can seem expensive if you look at the main a la carte menu but ask for the Asian / local menu.. This is much cheaper and similar prices to tyke local restaurants, plus good quality.

If you want a change of scene, there are 2 good restaurants nearby, within walking distance of the hotel.

Plus there is a shop for buying water and snacks, also within walking distance.

The hotel grounds are so pretty - lovely green gardens and wooden walkways and buildings. It felt so tranquil.

But the highlight of the stay is that incredible beach. Such a quiet one and stunning golden sand with blue waters. This is what we came for!

One little tip... You get a treat (cookies, cakes,..) in your room each evening during turn down service, but make sure you have it quickly as if you leave it uneaten they take it away when cleaning the room next morning! This was a bit frustrating for us as we never wanted to eat more after our dinner and would have preferred to have it during daytime the next day. This was the only negative.. So I think it's safe to say, its not a big deal!

Loved the architecture and the location , the staffs were pretty nice too , the breakfast was awesome
Room service took sometime to be ready. The food itself is great. (Some room service items are overly charged , e.g soda drinks and some menu items ) The pool was a bit small but ok.
Mid-range price with all round good , i would recommend.

This place... Just wow. Love the room, the service, the food, the pool, the beach and the lot. Well maintained - attention to details is quite clear. Great value for money. Bay view has a more personal touch, but this one is also totally stunning. Why do people go to Thailand?

Very good restaurant with good prices. Well located hotel just 10 mn far from the airport. But not noisy ... You can enjoy a wonderful sunset on the beach. Staff is not really fluent in english but very smilling and helpful. Very nice place to relax.

Just a short stay for business but my sleep was quite well for the next day wake-up!
Staff are friendly, room is clean. Food and coffee at breakfast was great for a starting of business day.

Great resort to stay at. The service is very friendly! Great hospitality. Beach is right outside your bungalow. Highly recommend staying here for a fun and relaxing getaway.

Lovely nice hotel with an exellent beach that just step away from your bungalo, got a feeling that the hotel is nor big, but its cosy, rooms are big enough with everythung you will need during your stay. Friendly personnel on top and it makes a perfect holidays at ngapali beach.

Amazing sandy beach, polite and helpful staff, close to the airport. Big territory, wide choice of meals, free transfer to and from airport. No gym, but there's SPA in the territory.
