A fantastic stay with truly 5 star treatment. From the time of booking until leaving the country the staff were ready and available to assist. Quick turnaround to messages and fantastic service on site. Beer prices were excellent and made the already incredible view from the infinity pool even better! Special mention to Saw Mg Hein who took service to the next level, with his excellent English and all wonderfully helpful attitude.

Amazing hotel with amazing service. They couldn’t do enough for you. Cheap beer prices and great views. Couldn’t recommend enough Saw Mg Hein was fantastic, his English was so good and the tour he took us on even better. Must go.

It was a blast and incredibly amazing resort to stay! You should book the package trip to their NOP island and have snorkeling and scuba diving! Best resort ever!!!

Stayed two days as a group, had a wonderful time exploring the islands around and spend the evenings in the restaurant and bar. We really enjoyed the whole stay. Especially the service! Thank you!!

Location of the hotel is quite close (only 4miles) to the downtown of the city where we can go to the many famous islands via the port. As for the room, it is very good and comfortable . Excellent sea view with infinity pool, great staff and great breakfast. I highly recommend Victoria Cliff hotel for both business and pleasure with family or friends.

Truly paradise. Villa rooms are on the cliff over looking the sea. The infinity pool is lovely. The landscape is like in fairly tales, flowers, plants and a vast variety of big trees. The air here is so refreshing. The breeze from sea goes through from trees and you breath in. The wooden bridge, I call it heavenly bridge is amazingly beautiful. Enjoy the sun set from this bridge. It is a hit for photos lovers. Last but not least, the restaurant has the best view in town. The over looking view of pool,wooden bridge and the sea backgrounded with range of hills when the sun sets behind them and enjoying wine is magical. I am falling in love with is place.

Lovely seafront hotel at kawthaung, the southern most end of Myanmar. The view from the room is what makes the price of the hotel worth. Amazing sunset and sunrise views. The room is comfortable with big bed and decent size. Toilet is also fine with partitioned shower area. Breakfast selection is not very wide but caters to both international and Asian tastes. There is a wooden bridge besides the hotel, linking to the nearby small islands. The view there is awesome

Great rooms, really clean. Beds were beautiful as in four-poster bed. scenery complete with infinitypool. Breakfast was even more than we could wish for. Lots of everything. Complete with bacon and fresh baked egg stand. Staff were also really friendly and helpfull. Free transfer to boatdocks. Also not to forgot about the huge flycatcher and all the complimentary's. Truly feeling spoiled in this place.

Our family has the most amazing holiday organized by TZK Tourism. The tour package was Kawthaung and Nyaung Oo Phee Island, Victoria Cliff Resort. We were welcomed by Ko Paing Htoo, out guide for the city tour of Kawthaung city. We had a fantastic start to our tour.

Next stop is Nyaung Oo Phee Island which is the highlight of the tour, and our tour guide Nyi Zaw Oo deserves a special thanks. Nyaung Oo Phee has the most beautiful, clean, and untouched sandy beaches. Definitely one of the best beaches I have been to. The water is very clear, and the sea life there is still off-the-beaten-path underwater beauty and I genuinely hope that the staff and visitors will continue to preserve the godsend nature of this island. I can guarantee that you will have the most amazing holiday here. Hats off to the staff who are working there with friendly smile and warm hospitality. They would go the extra mile to make your holiday memorable to unforgettable. An example would be that Ko Top, although not our designated tour guide, kindly took us for a hike to a beach with a stunning view.

The resort is clean and facilities is excellent, not to mentioned the delicious food served here. Not to mention the evening performance by the staffs, they are truly talented. The performances would keep you on your feet with excitement, my favourite being the fire dance. There are activities for all ages whether you just want a getaway from the city just to relax or you are the type that chase after adrenaline, this is the place for you. Also, many thanks to our tour guide Nyi Zaw Oo and his team for their fantastic service which is just a cherry on top. Without a doubt, Nyaung Oo Phee Island would be 10 out of 10 with 2 thumbs up.

Nyi Zaw is such a warm personality and highly motivated guide. We thoroughly enjoyed the trip from the start till the end. He is erudite, polite, and accommodating to the wishes of visitors without taking away from the experience. He managed time perfectly, took such amazing pictures for us (one of his many talents is photography!), and went out of his way to keep the tour fun and lively. If anyone gets a chance to take a tour with Nyi Zaw, you will not be disappointed. He is a true example of excellent tour guide!

The staff are great. Very helpful and attentive. The rooms are clean. The view from the restaurant and the pool especially for sunset is on another level. A great place to stay if you're visiting Kaw Thaung. Highly recommended!

Great breakfast, great views, great service, good rooms and amazing Pina Coladas! Quite pricy though, especially the gift shop and restaurant. We also tried the massages which were good value for westerners. They were relaxing but not the best we've had.

PS: The open-air restaurant across the street has great Thai seafood and is much cheaper. Would recommend going there for dinner, but don't forget the mossie spray!

Green resort with ocean view. Recommend to stay at room with ocean view, enjoy evening breeze coming across the Andaman Seas, blow to your veranda. Love their souvenir shop and also Jacuzzi.

I haven't been there but because of the government we can't go outside so if this incident finish i will definitely come this beautiful fantastic hotel.

There is a place of wonderful and refresh a hotel at Kawthoung City and then many relax and safe to stay at there.So I loved it.Let's see the most beautiful of Sun set view from at the hotel.

I went there for the honeymoon trip. At the chek-in, we had some Booking issue. But the general manager, she helped us a lot. Thanks for a great diner for our honeymoon from the hotel.

hotel is 4star have 2 swimming pool …bar . gym and spa and u can alsovbuy swim suite. when u go nyoung oo phee island there is another victoria cliff hotel too. u can join to go there . amazing beautiful hotel .
