Park VOIMMA

Great park! This park is managed by the community and they're doing a great job. The park is also cheaper than the national park and you'll find just as much wildlife (Indri, brown lemurs, tons of birds, amphibians, ...). Spend twice as much time here you won't regret it!

To visit nearby natural reserve you better go to this park. Good local guides, same attractions, same lemurs, same location, much cheaper than other parks. We have seen even more than expected and did much bigger circle than paid (to see more)

Nice park for a night walk! We had 2 super guides: Velomaro Patricea and Rasolofoniaina adrien, ask for them! They came with us for multiple days and were one of the kindest guides and best spotters of a dozen we had in Madagascar.

This community park was wonderful! We did a quick walk and our excellent guide, Claude, found the Indri Indri very quickly. We visited the park in the afternoon, when they are far less active, but he spotted them high up in the trees nonetheless. He also showed us where the park was reforesting areas that had been cleared before the park was formed. Dont skip the gift shop! They have a million hand embroidered second hand tshirts of all styles, so every single one is different and special. If you visit Abdasibe, this is a must visit spot :)

Easier hike than national park and passionate villagers looking after park. Multiple indris within park.

parco gestito dalla comunità locale a cui vanno i proventi. Gestito benissimo dai locali, che provvedono alla riforestazione, alla protezione del loro territorio ed alla tutela delle aree sacre. Gentilissimi, vi accompagnano facendovi scoprire, con grande rispetto, le creature che abitano il parco. Anche gli oggetti in vendita nel negozietto sono fatti dai locali. Consigliatissimo!

Parc vraiment sympa. La guide Tina est compétente et passionnée. Elle parle très bien le français. Elle a fait au mieux pour que nous puissions voir les indri indri.
Cela vaut plus le coup de visiter ce parc que le parc national. Il est moins cher et les sous sont reversés aux villageois.
Satisfaits de notre visite.

Parc bien entretenu avec des guides passionnés et multilingues (merci Jean Christophe), l'argent est redistribué aux habitants d Andasibe et ça c'est vraiment un plus...
