Vakôna Lemur Island

While we saw many lemurs in the wild, the Vakona park allows for fantastic closeup photography, including mothers and babies.

Its immense pleasure to see my favorite lemurs going free without being held in captive. I like this place

No better way to experience several lemur species up close! Kept on an island by a river border, guests are ferried across and taken by a guide to spot these inquisitive creatures.

Nice place, lot's of lemurs. They sometimes jump on your shoulders :)
But it was a short experience, because they had a lot of tourists and not so many guides. Still amazing place to go.

It's a nice place to see tons of lemurs.
They are very tame and soo fluffy ☺.
The guids did a good job and all the animal seem to live a good life.

The Best park to see many animals

Able to see ring tailed lemurs, which otherwise in south. Elsewhere brown lemurs came up to you.

This place is so cool, get off the boat and the lemurs jump on you.
