Refuge Toubkal Les Mouflons

Compared to European Refugees it’s very close to standard even in Alps. Rooms are for 10-20 people but beds are big, there are blankets, pillows, 🩴 flip-flops

There is hot water for shower 👌👍
Food for us was ok, don’t expect meat or Aperol Spritz but you won’t be hungry 😉

There a lot of places we’re you can charge your phone
There is wifi but honestly if everyone is on it you may not use.. like me - anyone you are in high mountains so leave your phone and go talk to strangers 😉

Overall really nice. If you have issues with sleep you might find it hard to sleep in shared rooms. Private rooms available but they are very hot in the summer which is expected. Make sure to bring your sleeping bags, warm clothes/layer up, gloves if going to the summit even in the middle of the summer its really cold up there.Hike is not easy and you will need couple days to fully recover afer
Showers available for 20DHM. Hike to the top is hard

If you are planning to climb in the Upper Atlas this is the best,I repeat ..THE BEST, option ever.

The top refuge at the foot of Toubkal. Rooms have 4 two-level double beds so sleep 16. Food is really good, wifi (!) electrical outlets and often hot water(!). Frienly efficient staff, good ambience.

Basic refuge ... can be a little noisy when everyone is setting off for the sunrise but once they're gone it's great...loads of space ... some 4G access ... but leave your phone on airplane mode and enjoy all Mount Toubkal has to offer.

A simple refuge in the Mountains! Bunk bed dorms, meals provided if wished, showers, toilets and cooking facilities. Guides can be arranged from here too. Great location, great scenery.

If you are hiking the Toubkal this is the place to stay. Minimum luxury so come prepared and don't expect to much!
