Atlas Mountain Trekking

We had a nice trek with Jamal on the beautiful atlas mountain!! Escape from the crowd in Marrakech is a worth day trip , on trek we were just two of us .. 5 hours walk with nice view of the mountain plus an amazing chicken tajine for lunch !

Lehson & Mohammed were excellent guides. They looked after us well on our way up Mount Toubkal for the sunrise. The views were breathtaking. Throughout our trip we were welcomed & hosted by local berber people who were so friendly. I wish we had such a welcoming culture in the UK. Our driver Yusef was also excellent. The trip is an experience I will remember for the rest of my life. 100% worth it!

If you are vegetarian/ vegan you need to be a bit flexible as it's not well understood in berber culture.

Great views and patient guides. Got to visit beautiful Berber villages on the way.

Fuimos yo y mi padre mayor de 77 años a caminar 3 días entre los valles de alto Atlas con la guía Abdol y acompañados para Saïd y el burrito Hesha. A pesar de la dificultad de llevar una persona con algunas dificultades de movimiento como mi padre, todo fue perfecto. Abdol supe arreglar la marcha en cada momento y, sin nunca forzar, llevó a cabo la empresa. Saïd nos deleitó con ricas comidas teniendo en cuenta mis necesidades de vegana. Además de todo esto, la Meteo fue formidable, cielos azules, sol maravilloso. Que suerte encontrar esta organización, Jamal ofrece un gran servicio a quién quiere adentrarse en la vida de los pueblos del Atlas. Estamos muy agradecidos, también de los servicios de transporte y hospedaje, no se podía imaginar mejor, gracias! Ya quiero volver por caminadas más largas, Inshallah!

6 daagse tocht met beklimming Toubkal. Heel mooie omgeving en authentieke guesthouses. Supervriendelijk onthaal overal. Gids Mohamed was bekwaam en heel attent, onze vriendelijke en goedlachse kok Abdul verwende ons met smakelijk eten. Heel fijne ervaring!

A nice trek, but very long journey from Marrakech. Lovely local food in the stops along the route and views are breathtaking. Lovely to pass through local villages and see the changing cultures as you progress.
