It was overwhelmingly sweet to be remembered and told welcome home by every single member of staff at hotel from my previous stay! I love coming here because the customer service is 5 stars, the food is to die for, and it is such a beautiful hotel!! Will be revisiting soon!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Hyatt Palace in Taghazout, Agadir! The moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a stunning view of the ocean from my room. The room itself was spacious, beautifully designed, and kept spotlessly clean throughout my stay.

The hotel's amenities were top-notch - the pool area was a tropical paradise, and the on-site restaurants offered a delectable variety of cuisines. I especially enjoyed dining with a view of the sunset over the ocean.

Lovely hotel with a great view of the sea and mountains. There is good and convenient complimentary shuttle bus services, food was good and staff are the most friendly and accomadating I have met throughout travels, as goes with most of people of Morocco. Mouran was very polite and looked after our luggage after check out and was very patient when we needed to get stuff from the bags. The standard king room was more than big enough for two (or 3 if needed) as well as very clean. The hotel maids did a very good job too and clean the room everyday to a great standard. The bar has a good selection of drinks, again with friendly accommodating staff. Hope to visit again soon and use hyatt place again.

It's a great location to get around if you have a car. The three-room villa was very large, clean, and had a view of the golf course, so it was quiet and comfortable. Daily room cleaning service was also good. Breakfast at the hotel is average.

Where do I start?! What an amazing experience we had at the Hyatt Place in Taghazout Bay. We had an issue with our booking and the staff were so lovely and understanding. They were patient whilst we resolved the issue with our travel agent. Their service when it came to anything we needed was attentive and polite, from late check out to food. They treated us like family. A shoutout to Hussein, Mehdi, Marwar, Ahmed, Aziz, Braheem, Rihab , Kareem and Majid!
The facilities were clean to the highest standard, the food was lovely and the vibe was good all around. The hotel is beautiful with plenty of places to relax. There’s also a free shuttle to Agadir and Taghazout Beach/Village so you don’t miss out on the full experience. We will definitely visit again and recommend to all our friends.

The place is wonderful. We spent an unforgettable week. The rooms are very clean, and the Moroccan food was very delicious. I will return soon.

We spent 4 magical days here and were very impressed with the whole experience. Upon arrival we were told that our suite had been double booked for one first night but were offered a sea view room and complementary dinner which made up for it. The views from the hotel are stunning, especially watching the sunset from the balcony or outdoor bar. We made use of the spa and jacuzzi as well as getting one of the free shuttle buses to the beach. The resort has everything you would need for a relaxing break. The breakfast and open buffet dinner were both excellent. We would love to return again one day. Thanks to the staff for makes us feel welcome.

Fantastic staff, great menu selection and although a bit far from amenities it is an ideal spot for golfers and to relax. We will be back.

I have spent my last vacation in Hyatt Taghazout Bay , it's a wonderful resort with an outstanding service and view ,the prices are affordable according to the quality of service. I had a great time and I enjoyed the time I spent there, surely I will recommend it to my dear once.
