Située dans le quartier du Haut Agdal, la forêt Ibn Sina est certainement le lieu le plus rafraîchissant de Rabat. Également appelée « la forêt Hilton » (à cause de sa proximité avec le Sofitel anciennement Hilton), espace est recouvert d'eucalyptus et de pins. Connue pour être une bulle d'air frais, la forêt Ibn Sina est très fréquentée.
Les sportifs y viennent notamment pour courir sur les longues pistes aménagées ou pour faire une séance de fitness en plein air.
