Pleasantly surprised by the amazing service! And finally a consulate/embassy that always answers the phone. My sister and I applied for visas and got them within 2 weeks, amazing welcome and service by the lovely Salma who was always willing to help and answer our questions whenever we had any.

Excellent service sur place... l'équipe à l'écoute et très serviable.... et franchement très motivant pour passer les vacances..... certes au téléphone j'entends souvent les gens qui râlent par rapport à eux et c'est normal.... après avoir eu leurs version .. ils vous demandent de communiquer avec eux en Anglais ou Français.. parceque c'est une Ambassade après tout et même s'ils comprennent le dialècte maroccain .. ils ont des restrictions dans leurs travail et peuvent pas vous répondre en Arabe... essayer et vous verrez... et c'c'était le cas de ma soeur.... et finalement merciii pour tous... je vous félicite pour votre travail et bonne continuation....et sur place c'est un autre niveau .. vous n'allez pas être déçu.
