NJ Hotel Rabat

Very nice hotel, the rooms are big enough, certainly for the price. The breakfast was allright, but don't expect too much. The location is superb ; it is almost next to the train station and it is in a new lively neighborhood.

My stay at NJ Hotel was exceptional, thanks to the remarkable staff and delightful accommodations. The receptionist, Moad, was incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in experience. Security personnel, Jowad, provided a reassuring presence, and Mustafa's kindness added an extra touch to the hospitality.

The highlight of my stay was the incredible service provided by the housekeeper, Hasana. Not only efficient but also infused the experience with humor, making each interaction a delight.

The room provided was top-notch, and I appreciated the hotel's flexibility in allowing me to change rooms without any extra charge. The breakfast and dinner options were delicious; in fact, the meals were so delightful that I dined there twice during my stay.

Moreover, the staff went above and beyond by promptly assisting me with an unexpected request for a pair of scissors in the middle of the night, highlighting their dedication to guest satisfaction.

Overall, my experience at NJ Hotel was fantastic, and I would gladly choose to stay here again. From the excellent service to the comfortable rooms and delicious meals, this hotel truly stands out for its exceptional hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay.

The location is central, but in a dead street .
Rooms are clean and comfortable . Breakfast is good .

Very cozy and clean hotel, staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.
Food at the restaurant (by menu) is exceptional! Breakfast is reasonably good.
Location is quite centric, close to everything in Rabat.

We booked it last minute since we didn’t like our initial choice of stay at the Riad, checked-in in the middle of the night.
Everything was great! We needed sewing kit and scissors during our stay, they found them for us. Room service also works well.

The staff is friendly and helpful especially mustapha and karima for their room service

We stayed at the hotel during the ITF tennis tournament for one week. The hotel is in a very good location with many good restaurants and the old town around. The rooms are with a good European standard, clean and kept by professional housekeeping staff.
We especially would like to thank to the manager Mr. Osama, who was very helpful and we could count on any help from him. He was undoubtedly the most important representative of the entire facility, who took care of the well-being of guests every day, served with his recommendations of good restaurants and places worth visiting! Thank you Mr. Osama!
The rest of the team were also friendly and helpful like for instance Mr. Juwad, who always kept the space for our car in front of the hotel. We will definitely come back to this place.

My stay was based for work. I just wanted to say that the staff here that always helped and attended to our rooms were magnificent. Thank you Kenza, Hanan and Mostafa for all you have done. Excellent customer service and wonderfully kept the rooms clean and in immaculate condition. They set the bar in what is expected and hotels need more staff like them. They create an exceptional example which reflects on the hotel. Great job guys and thank you for your help and my 1 million questions.

Being serviced by mouad and other lovely staff, he is superb!!!! He wholeheartedly catered all our needs and made sure everything relevant to our stay was perfect! The room we had was clean and room layout is minimalistic to a point where harmonises with the size of the room, breakfast was rather more western, haha as an asian I personally would give a fair score but came with great variety of choices!! We literally asked for an off menu omelet and they cooked it! Thank you Nj and Mouad, you have made my stay at rabat a warmed and welcomed one, thank you bro.

The hotel is clean, food good, well located and the staff is really helpful and professional. I had specially good service from Mr. Oussama and the restaurant staff - but my warm recommendations goes to all the staff. I will definitely be coming back.
