Très mauvais service
Aucune courtoisie ni respect de la part des agents de cette agence. Ils ne font même leur travail comme il se doit.
Agence nulle nulle nulle
Malgré qu'elle a un bon positionnement au centre de la ville et pas loin du parlement

و أيضا تعامل و تصرفات أغلب الموظفين هنا دون المستوى. عكس باقي الوكالات التابعة للبريد بنك التي تقدم خدمات جيدة و لها موظفين دائما رهن الإستماع للزبناء و إرشادهم

Les pires services du pays
- manque de respect en agence
- perte du temps en attente
- mauvais service en ligne
le pire de tout cela : le centre relation client
il se considère comme "un employé du gouvernement" et non comme une entreprise "semi-publique" à but lucratif
