Absolutely stunning beauty. When we reached outside the city we were disappointed to see no blue city. Merely few buildings that were painted blue. Then we parked our cars and started walking towards walled city (Kasbah).

We were shocked to see the real blue city that is hidden inside the walled city. It looks stunning and natural. When you start walking it's like a maze, so many streets and staircase leading to same spots.

Kasbah is very clean and there are plenty of food places in the centre of Kasbah. People are very friendly and respectful towards tourist.

I suggest you park car on the main road and walk to the Kasbah.

Nice place, with a quiet garden, well taken care of. On the portuguese tower there is some information about chefchouan, it's history, culture and main historical figures. No English translation though, only Arabic, Spanish and French. Worth the visit

Overall the experience was good. The staff is very pleasant. The only downside is the AC was not blowing hot air, which was a bit chilly when visiting in January. Also, it’s really not accessible if you’re not able to climb a lot of stairs, because the stairs are narrow, and many!

Kasbah Chafchaoun: A charming destination known for its historical significance. The view from this place is absolutely amazing, offering a breathtaking sight that's not to be missed..

KASBAH Museum or ALCAZABA, The same meaning, very calm historical place in the center of the blue pearl, and the price of entrance ticket is very cheap, when you see the old traditional building you feel something of greatness of the Moroccan empire.

A convenient and easily accessible historic site just off the main town square. There is a beautiful garden inside where where we sat on a bench and tried to name the plants. The gardener, a wonderful man who surely takes deep pride in his work, took a photo of us. Highly recommended.

Had 20 minutes of free time, used it to go up the Kasbah tower. Worth the 360 panoramic view.

Lovely Kasbah .. narrow streets .. quite clean .. lots of shops with all sorts of souvenirs and typical items from the region .. would definitely visit again

Unique city in the mountains. Highly recommended! Need to be in good physical condition...lots of upside and down hills..

Beautiful square with lots of shops with souvenirs, found amazing dream catchers, plenty of small restaurants with everyone having pretty much the same menu, delicious lamb and chicken tagine, also got to show a street performance of some local band

The kasbah is an oldest architectural and fortified area. Founder of Ali Ben created beautiful fort and garden inside kasbah in 1471. View of its from top floor is breathtaking. Main square and blue area view of the city is an spectacle.

Mystery of the Blue City, Chefchaouen. Visit yourself to experience the picturesque environment. Every turn is a surprise. Get a guide, he will bring you to a location not all tourist will stumble across...

Would rather come to this market than any other. Salespeople were not pushy and the blue city was very beautiful. The drive there was gorgeous as well.

One of the most interesting place in Morroco. Visiting Chefchaoene and mountain vilages nearby, you will reach the native life and culture of mountain side of the country.
In front of main square is located the "Kasbah"- old fortress. A lot of restaurants with good food, but drink only botteled water, siders, etc.Prices are lower than bigger cities of Fes, Marrakech, Casablanca and Tanger.
Cars are not allowed in the town.
Toilets are actually bad, we found only one near Kasbah
But all shades of blue everywhere, makes the place irresistibly magical!

Small kasbab located just off the main square. Climb the tour for great views of the city and environs. The garden in the kasbah is also quite lovely. There is a small exhibit located in the kasbah as well, highlighting aspects of the regions history, main industries, and crafts - with a particular focus in artisinal work that went into decorating many of the buildings and homes. A visit should take less than 30 minutes.

Chefchaoun the blue city or the Blue Pearl, it is one of the best Moroccan cities ever! It's a small beautiful city with fabulous views, so cultural and romantic and historical. The people are so kind and friendly, it's very safe and secure environment and it's not that expensive at all!
You will have a beautiful time and peaceful moments if you visit chefchaoun.
