I liked my staying here. Nice breakfast, heater worked properly, great location, kind, friendly and helpful staff, bed not too soft but good enough. Smoke free. You can also have your laundry done for an extra fee which is fair and the lady who does it, does a great job.

Fantastic hotel to stay at in Chefchaouen. They have beautiful rooms, gorgeous designs, and amazing views. We opted for a room with a balcony and it did not disappoint.

They also have a delicious traditional Moroccan breakfast with orange juice, tea or coffee, croissants, omelette, and msemen, traditional Moroccan pancakes.

This was a wonderful hotel and great location. The owner, Omar, was such a help to us and so delightful. Room #10 has a terrace that gives an amazing view of the city. Breakfast was yummy and served on the top floor. It's not easy to find, but a taxi driver took us right there.

Great hotel, the friendliest staff. The room was very comfortable and clean. There is a rooftop terrace with an incredible view. Definitely would return for another visit.

I cannot say enough about the fantastic service and hospitality I received at Hotel Koutoubia in Chefchaouen. I was only thinking of staying 2 or 3 nights but ended up staying here a full week, as I fell in love with this picturesque little town, and the welcome I received here made me feel so at home during my month away. The hotel's location is ideal, just a few minutes' walk from the main town square, and right in the heart of the Medina so you can explore, photograph, shop, and eat to your heart's content. The rooms here are small but comfortable, with a private bathroom and hot shower. Having been quite cold overnight at my last lodging, I was adamant about booking a place with heat, and Koutoubia had heaters in the room as well as plenty of blankets if needed. The rooftop terrace is a comfy spot with wonderful views, and feels amazing during the day when the sun pours in. I used it quite a lot to work and to hang out in the evenings since we were under a 9pm curfew. Most importantly, the host Yassine was so very helpful and welcoming that he made my stay infinitely better than it could've been. Yassine took time to walk around the Medina with me, pointing out some of the best photo ops and even taking some pics for me since I was alone. He gave me tips on where and what to see, and even accompanied me to the Spanish Mosque for sunset, which is a must-see while in Chefchaouen, but if you don't know about it or where to go you might miss it entirely. Every evening after curfew, I came up to the terrace and there was Moroccan tea and the Moroccan cookies & sweets I came to love, even though my waistline did not! I've already recommended this place to a few friends in Morocco, and would do so to anyone without reservations. You might come as a guest, but you'll leave feeling like family.

Terrace has amazing view and is really comfy. Next best thing is the water pressure, so rare to find. Owner was really nice too!

Todo genial, la amabilidad del personal, las facilidades que nos han dado y siempre con una sonrisa. El desayuno es muy abundante y buenisimo, te lo acabas con dificultades (si es que lo haces). La ubicación es perfecta, la terraza muy bonita y el hotel por dentro también.

Accueil très chaleureux , personnel très sympa surtout Mr yassine, hotel bien situé à l'ancien médina de chaouen avec une agréable vue de montagne sur la terrasse , situé près de Ras el ma et place outa hammam , je recommande..
