Loving Surf, Café Surf School Shop

After spending some wonderful days in Morocco, we went to Essaouira and decided to take a surf course with this school. The experience has been amazing, the team is very friendly and work with people with different surfing levels. Their office is amazing and very comfortable to change and leave your stuff. We will definitely come back to continue our progress. Maybe we will also try other water sports as they work with different modalities. Thank you very much guys ❤

Great surf school, very relaxed and super friendly! The instructors are very helpful and adapt to your level. You can take lessons or just rent equipment (boards and wetsuits are in great condition) and there's even a café with tasty drinks and snacks. Highly recommend if you're looking to surf in Essaouira!

It was my first surfing lesson and it was super fun. Instructor was very friendly and after 2 hours of group session and one hour practicing by myself (with school equipment for free after the lesson) I was able to stand up and stay on the board. Price is also affordable (330 MAD) for a 2h group lesson, there was just 2 of us.

Friendly staff that offered me a great price for half-day board + wetsuit rentals because I was staying in town for a few days. Found their price to be better than the competitor on the beach. Even has storage and change rooms downstairs. The wetsuits are thin and the water is cold though!

I tried surfing for the first time and I loved it, thanks to the instructor mustafa was so encouraging and pateince with everyone. I will definitely go back.

Our goal for the trip to Morroco was surfing in Essaouira, and the best decision we've made was choosing this surf school.

I can't thank the team enough, they were very welcoming and helpful. Considering it was our first experience in surfing, we did a lot of progress and our instructor, Mustafa. He was always positive, smiling and encouraging.

We stayed in the Salty Essouira villa from this school for a week. The villa was beautiful, especially the terrace. Our host, Amina, was very attentive and nice, not to mention that she is an excellent cook (the traditional breakfast was always delicious and the best start of the day before spending several hours in water). Another lady also took care of us in the villa (unfortunately, I didn't ask her name, but please send her my gratitude for her hosting). It was sometimes a bit chilly at night in December, but considering that we are from London it is not something we are not used to :) consider bringing your pyjamas if you are staying in winter.

The surfshop itself is very nice, has a lot of food options and very positive team. The equipment was good, and the place itself very near the beach so you can easily walk from the shop with the surf.

From now on, doing every workout, I will always remember encouraging Mustafa voice "paddling, paddling!" :)

We had a great time at loving surf! Its the perfect spot for surfing and kitesurfing in Essaouira. Younes and his team are very friendly, competently und courteous.

Wassim our surfing teacher was phenomenal. We booked a three day surfing lesson and could already stand on the board the first day.
The facility is clean and looks pretty cool.

I can't say enough great things about this surfing shop! The moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff who helped me find the perfect gear for my surfing adventure. The shop has an incredible selection of high-quality products, from boards to wetsuits and accessories. The staff's expertise made me feel confident in my choices, and their passion for surfing was contagious. Thanks to them, I had an amazing experience and caught some unforgettable waves. This is definitely my go-to shop for all things surfing!

I had a wonderful time with this surf shop. I was planning to spend only 3 nights in Essaouira, but ended up spending 3 weeks learning kite surfing, and it was amazing. Instructors are patient and very friendly. Also, all the staff are really nice. The shop is nice to chill and have some coffee. Everything was great with this surf shop. Highly recommended!

I had my best time learning to surf at this school. The stuff is very professional but more importantly extremelly friendly. The lessons were really helpul to improve my surfing skills. In every lesson there were two instructors following the group that was never too big. Even though we were paying for group lessons, most of the time me and a friend of mine would have one instructor only for us in the water. Moreover, the stuff thinks and take care of everything else you might need, from transport to the beach, to storing your belongings, giving you towels etc. You just have to try your best and have fun! I really recommend this school to everyone!

The place is great apparently it is a new opening, my little family enjoyed it here all the time, very friendly and competent staff, they has been always helpful. They also have a surf and kite school, my 3 years old Son took surfing lessons , and the 8 years one took kitesurf lessons, my wife and I were enjoying the healthy drinks while watching the kids enjoying their lessons, the Surfing and kite surfing team are highly professional well developed and have good skills to handle kids learning curves. I highly recommend this place.

I spent two day’s learning how to surf.. it was an amazing experience both learning something new and the school itself. the school is right by the beach at an excellent location, the teachers are encouraging, supportive and professional, they are fun to be around and i enjoyed my time a lot thanks to youssef and Esmail. All the staff are friendly and welcoming and they made me feel at home 🙏🏽❤ thank you

Cannot recommend this place enough! The staff were amazing, took such good care of us, and very fun!
We did not realize from the website we needed several lessons to kite surf, but they accelerated the lesson to work with our schedule and gave us a truly amazing experience!
We absolutely loved our time here and would recommend it to absolutely anyone!

We found them on internet. They have competitive price for rental and are located not far from the beach, just few minutes by foot. A very nice girl assisted us, very helpful and prepared, she can advice about waves and wind. You can leave your bag at the shop, don't risk to bring them to the beach. We ended up coming here 3 days in a row for renting the boards.

I came here with some friends to rent some surf boards the manager and the front desk girl were very kind and helpful from the start! They also have bigger wet suit sizes which is hard to find in essaouira! Highly recommended!

Amazing 3 days and a long friendship afterwards! 😍 We had an amazing time at the Loving Surf Villa and Kitesurfing with the crew. Good coaching, well priced classes, friendly atmosphere and good food. We forgot our wetsuits in Imosouane and the Owner organised a transport for us within a day to get the wetsuits in time to Marrakesch directly to our doorstep. Can thank you enough! Well located place, right near the beach. I had my first surf lesson and the instructor was super nice. They allow to stay and practice for a bit longer by yourself if you want. Recomended

It was our very first time surfing, but by the end of the lesson we were both able to stand up on our boards :) Mustafa did a great job explaining the necessary skills, getting us out into the water quickly, and making the lesson fun. Loved that we were able to keep the equipment for another 2 hours to practice and improve on our own afterwards, too. We definitely want to surf again after this!
