Le magasin est trop petit

I bought a pair of Arizona EVA Black 41narrow fit shoes on April 30 in the store they fit me well but yesterday I walked with other shoes for more than an hour and my feet swelled a little, when I wore the Arizona's they no longer fit me well so I decided to go to the store to change them, the lady who attended me checked the shoes and said they were no longer new when in fact they were a little dirty and said she could not change them, I insisted that it was only necessary to clean them, I told her to check with her boss, she sent her a picture of the dirty shoes but I told her that I cleaned the shoes so she would send both pictures, I went out to clean the sole of the shoes with some water and now they looked like new but they still did not want to change the size.
What upset me the most is that the lady lied saying that the shoes were not new, I told her one thing is that they are dirty and another thing very different is that they are not new.
I told her to contact her boss or give me her phone number but she didn't want to because I told her I would complain and she only said to do it through Facebook.

I hope people don't buy from this store anymore because for a small detail they don't care or care about the customers.
Please don't shop here anymore.

Jamais vu des vendeuses aussi peu serviables et incompétentes. En plus aucun respect des règles sanitaires avec des vendeuses sans masques. Dommage qu une marque aussi sérieuse soit proposée par des gens pareils
