Mövenpick Casablanca

Had a good 4 days stay in a deluxe king room. Service was excellent. Singling out Mr Khalid. His attention to detail was impeccable.
Nice pool side. Prices are reasonable.
Breakfast buffet was healthy and delivered a good selection.
Room had some inadequacies, door knob was faulty, shower not sealed, but rather irrelevant in all honesty!❤ the room keys which were made from wood.

Hassan the concierge was absolutely incredible, going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, safe and accounted for on our trip -- even helping us return our rental car and book alternate transportation!

For Mrs. Sarah Al-Salhi Cleanliness at the required level. Her care for the room is wonderful. Everything is tidy. Always smiling. The hotel in general deserves five stars in terms of reception and food. The rooms are large and comfortable.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff specially "Mona"as she was incredibly helpful and generous with her time and advice. this was one of the nicest places we stayed in the four weeks we were in casablanca

This was my first holiday since before covid. The rooms were great, the service immaculate. A shout out to all the staff who were so friendly and helpful. This touch of luxe was a present to myself and it was great. Loved the poolside atmosphere and a very kind thank you to Bouchra who kept my room immaculate. Amazing staff that will serve your every need. Had an issue with our bathroom not draining that was addressed immediately. Staff got on the phone to call restaurants and make reservations for us since we did not speak fluent French. Great location near many stores and restaurants. Easy to exchange money at front desk. Would recommend to anyone visiting Casablanca Morocco. Hassan, Said and his team at the pool bar are excellent, Souima the Supervisor were helpful. Front door staff is eager to help but not overwhelming.
