Sunshine Surf Morocco - Surf & Yoga Holidays

My experience in Sunshine for one week was amazing. I simply loved it. I felt I was at home with my family. All meals are very well prepared and we had the breakfast and dinner together everyday which is a lovely moment. The accommodation is very clean and the beds are comfortables. My friend and I was with surf guide package and it was the best experience I have had doing surf trips. The guide is local surfer. It means you will surf in the best spot and even if it is crowded you will get space in the peak to get nice waves. I would say I surfed comfortable as local with him guiding us. We can see that everything is specially prepared to guarantee a good moment. Certainly I will come back! Good vibes only. Well done Sunshine ❤

Sunshine Surf is one of the places you feel at home right away. Very warm welcome from Reda & Irene, the hosts, who are always eager to make your stay as wonderful as possible. Reda is a local surfer has an incredible surfspot expertise and always knows the best spots and waves. He will make sure you will surf until you drop. During my stay I have gotten to know so many beautiful places around Tamraght and been taken to so many different surfspots to make the most out of the surfing in the area.

The house is beautiful, always clean with beautiful decour and an amazing rooftop where you can relax and enjoy the sunset after a long day of surfing.

What has to be mentioned as well is the incredible food. Ali, the cook, provides three amazing meals each day that will make your heart beat faster. You will not be able to stop yourself from overeating because every dish is a symphony of flavours.

I took surf lessons with Hamza who was an amazing and kind teacher with good advice to help you progress. His singing and good mood will make each surflesson a joyful experience.

When visiting Sunshine surf you will meet wonderful people with whom you will share beautiful memories. The place offers all you need for a perfect Surftrip in Morocco. I was incredibly lucky to find this paradise in Tamraght and am looking forward to coming back one day. Hamdollah🙏🏼

If you want to surf, no matter your level, you should definitely book a week at Sunshine Surf Morocco. I spent a magical week there. The house is beautiful, well located, and the FOOD is amazing (thank you, Ali, the chef!). The team is so nice, and they will do everything they can to make you feel at home. Thank you, Reda, Irene, and Mady, for being so welcoming. The surf teachers, Apach and Hamza, are amazing. They really help you progress and always give relevant advice!

I traveled alone and met great people there. You will always have great encounters. The surf spots are beautiful, and the teachers will always choose the best spot based on the weather.

Had the most incredible week at Sunshine! Apach and Hamza are amazing surf instructors and are so patient with beginners- I learnt a lot! Maddie was also an amazing host and really made us feel welcome and like we were at home. The food prepared by Ali was also delicious and if you stay for the week you get to try so many traditional Moroccan dishes. I would recommend Sunshine to anyone wanting to try out a surf camp. :)

I spent a week in Sunshine surf and had wonderful time there! The house is located on top of hill, there you have an amazing views from beautifully decorated rooftop facing to sea and mountains. 15 min walk from house there are couple places to go for a coffee or lunch. I am beginner in surfing so hands down to instructors Hamza and Apach. Each day they checked different spots there would be the best place to surf, split groups depended by level, both were professional, knowledgable, helpful and love the job they do. Every day was cooked traditional food by Ali so you can have a taste of Moroccan traditional dishes and the house was looked after by Saida.
Big thanks to host Maddie, she made everyone to feel welcome, helped with every question I had and made sure that everybody is happy! Definitely the place to come back!

I was at Sunshine surf one week, and honestly it was one of the best vacations I had. Everybody was very friendly (guests, teachers and Ali), the terrace has an amazing view of the beach and it's the perfect location for yoga after having spent a day surfing. If you are a beginner like me you will like the way they introduce you to surfing lessons and how patient and how they motivate you to improve your skills. You won't regret starting your surf journey with them.

I cannot recommend Sunshine Surf more highly! Reda and the team are fantastic - everyone was made to feel very welcome and they ensured we all had everything we needed. The food is incredible, the surfing is great (and is tailored to all levels) and the house is really comfortable with an amazing roof terrace overlooking Tamraght. My friends and I had an incredible week and will definitely be coming back!

Sunshine Surf is the full package from landing in the airport through to departure. Lovely accommodation, amazing food (come for the food alone-it’s sooo good) and a great vibe. The staff are all super friendly and accommodating. Reda and Irene are so welcoming and very organised they are also flexible when required, as our motley crew put to the test! Surf instructors were very encouraging with great tips for us improvers. As a business they respond to feedback and our second trip there was even better. Thank you sunshine surf.

🚕 I was transferred by taxi very easily between Agadir and Tamraght to reach the surf camp, it was very simple!

🏄 For the surf, I was a complete beginner & Apache is very kind & try his best to make us succeed at doing the Take-off. He's a great teacher & will try to encourage you as much as he can & will always go and help you if something goes wrong! I've also got trained by Hamza after, when getting better in the white-wash to try the lineup, his advices & the warm-up he makes us do is perfect to start well the day!

🏨 If I had one word to qualify the Hostel: Excellent. the beds were really comfortable even though I'm a tall guy, house was perfectly clean from rooms, to showers & toilets. Also you can have an extraordinary point of view from the rooftop on the seaside of Tamraght. (See photo)

🍲 The food made by Ali, the chef is exquisite, you can enjoy Tajine, Couscous and other Moroccan specialities. Breakfast is also excellent with a wide choice of sweet, savoury and fruit dishes. & If you want more, before the Yoga session we also had moroccan biscuits served with mint tea.

😃 The other people I met during the camp were all really kind & made that week full of fun. I come back from here with many beautiful memories, & will definitely need to go to a surf camp again!!!

I had an amazing stay at Sunshine Surf Morocco. The staff are absolutely wonderful and go above and beyond to make your stay everything you hoped for and more. The rooms/bathrooms are super clean, the food is unbelievable (I never left the table hungry), there's great wifi if you need to work, and the surf instructors are top notch. I will definitely come back!

I had an awesome experience last week at Sunshine Surf!!! I have tried surfing a couple of times in my life but I have never learned as much as I did here. The weather and conditions for surfing were perfect most of the days and I learned a lot thanks to the very professional instructor Apash! The camp organisation is excellent, we were taken everyday to the best surf spots, the house is very clean and nice with a very cool rooftop, the food is amazing and I met really fun people from all over the world :) And we also had yoga classes with Samira which were perfect for our sore muscles after surf! I will certainly miss a lot my time in Morocco and I hope I can go back soon!! Thank you Sunshine team for making this adventure possible <3

If you are looking for a surfcamp in marocco this one will be an amazing choice.
- Beautiful place with cozy rooms and an amazing rooftoop terrace
- Delicious traditional meals prepared by Ali the cook for the camp (breakfast, lunch & dinner -> very important when surfing all day)
- Perfect surfing experience with great instructors. We scouted different spots each day to choose the most suitable one and also have a switch in scenery which really added up to the experience. Furthermore we had three trips to "special" places: The souk, the desert for sand surfing and to a breathtaking surfspot further north.
All in all I felt very comfortable at Sunshine surf. The place is run by reda, a national surf champion and his wife Irene who join the guests every day to eat and chat and are amazing hosts.The vibe at the camp is very welcoming and encouring towards surfers in all skill levels. Thank you very much! :)

Sunshine Surf was absolutely wonderful, would highly recommend for anyone looking to go to a surf camp in Morocco!

Reda and Irene are so warm and welcoming and will do everything they can to make you feel at home. The camp itself is super well decorated and has a lovely, laid-back vibe.

Most importantly, Reta and his team of guides have great local knowledge. Not only do they know all the best spots around Taghazout for when it's pumping, but they also know where to find waves when there is less swell - so you'll never get completely skunked.

Can't say enough good things about Sunshine Surf and hope to stay with them again soon!

I stayed at Sunshine Surf as a solo traveller. The staff and the other guests were very lovely and made me feel as i was with friends straight away.
The place has a great vibe and well equipped for all you would need.
(From their rooftop terrace you will see the most beautiful sunsets.)
The food is great & fresh, all breakfast, lunch and dinner. They accommodate any sort of dietary requests.
Both yoga and surf classes were amazing. Both instructors are very nice and push you to reach your best and beyond. After surfing all day, the relaxing yoga on the rooftop followed by meditation during sunset, is simply priceless! I will definitely go back. Very much recommend for your stay. It’s the perfect place either if you want to chill or have fun and catch some waves.

As solo traveler i really enjoyed my time at Sunshine Surf. The hostel is well located, the dorm is clean and quiet, and the rooftop is probably the best view in town. Every meal is delicious and its really nice to share your diner with everyone.

Reda and Irene are amazing host and have always a good tips to share. Reda is probably the ultimate guide in town and drive you to the bests spots everyday to surf until you are tired ! He was always giving me useful tips to improve my surf. Many thanks Reda and Irene !

This was my third time and definitely not the last. This camp is simply the best if you want to surf good waves and enjoy good company, I simply feel at home when I am there. The camp is extremely clean and we enjoyed delicious food from chef Ali. You can also enjoy amazing sunsets on the rooftop. I recommend it a 10000% . Big thanks to Leo for her kindness, sweetness and for making us feel like family, and of course big thanks to Reda and Irene for being the best hosts. See you very soon !

Fantastic week spent with Reda, Irene, Ali, and Aman at Sunshine Surf. The accommodation was cosy, comfortable, clean and super friendly. The food was to die for, Ali is genius! Mealtimes were sociable and really enjoyable. Daily trips to different surf beaches gave us a real taste for surf living in Morocco...we want to come back for more! Memories of a lifetime were made, thank you so much.

The sunshine surf Morocco is located perfectly, you can enjoy a beautiful and large rooftop from where you can watch the sunrise/ sunset, relax or practice yoga.

The owners Reda and Irene are perfect hosts! they take time to help you organize your stay.
Ali's cooking is delicious every day.

I took the surf lessons (begginner level) package and I recommend it! I felt safe and I improved quickly with my professor Aymane who is motivated by his work. He challenged me every day and he took the time to give me plenty of advice so that I could continue to improve in France. I had also a session with Monir the other teacher (intermediate level) who is great too!

My first trip to Morocco was a great experience and I'm looking forward to going back there to practise surf and explore Morocco more. Go to the sunshine surf Morocco !!
