The location of the hotel is good. It’s not far away from the beach, but very quiet. The food is everyday fresh cooked and extremely tasty! 😋 The house is very stylish and the terrace( the rooftop) is so chill 😎 The surfing and yoga session are well arranged. Thank you again, Taoufiq! 🤗

Wave gypsy is honestly one of the best places I have ever stayed. The accommodation was so lovely and comfortable, food was amazing and Taofiq was always available to help if ever needed. Surf lessons were the best, and lovely yoga sessions as well. Plus very cute cats! Thank you guys so much and so hope to see you again ❤

The accommodation is very beautiful and lovingly decorated.
The best place here is especially the incredible roof terrace with a fantastic view of the sea.
A wonderful place where you meet in the evening to let the day end together.

You are very well taken care of.
Starting with the transfer from/to the airport, over the food to the really great surf lessons.
Taoufiq as your host is incredibly hospitable and attentive.

The food is so delicious that the camp is worth it for that alone.
In the morning there is a richly laid breakfast table, at noon lunch is brought to the beach and every evening was a culinary highlight.

The surf lessons were very good, too. The surf instructors always friendly and funny. We always had a lot of fun.
The groups are small so you were taught well.

I highly recommend Wave Gypsy.

The Wave Gypsy Team makes the house feel like a home even if it’s just for a few days!
One of our highlights is definitely the food that is prepared by two local ladies- it was some of of the best food we had on our whole marocco trip.
Make sure you go to the hammam (just a few minutes walking distance from the house) - it was heaven on earth.
Super convenient to fly to and from Agadir Airport.
I can attest to all those previous 5 star reviews and we’ll definitely be back!

All included in the price : 2 hours of lessons plus as much surf as you decide, fantastic cuisine 3 times per day, quality accommodation, airport transfer.
I really improved my surfing during my stay there.

I spent a few days in Wave Gypsy and loved it!
I had a really nice time, Hassan was an amazing surf teacher and host, helped me to overcome of my fears from waves. His happy and positive attitude helped me to learn quickly and enjoy the sea.
The accommodation was lovely and the food was excellent!
Yoga in the morning on a rooftop was so relaxing and nice.
One of the best holiday I ever had, it felt like home.

The house was absolutely lovely, excellent food ready when you come back from the beach, chilled atmosphere, charming culture and the best were Franky and Taoufiq. They truly made my stay unforgettable in best possible way. It felt as I would have visited good old friends in Morocco. So if you need to chill, surf, eat great food and forget about the worries you are leaving behind, these guys will make it the time of your life. I already scheduled my another and certainly not the last trip there.

Cannot recommend booking with Wave Gypsy enough! From the moment I started communicating with Franky I knew I was in for a wonderful trip. She was so welcoming and helpful and once I had arrived I felt totally at home. The riad was perfect, spacious rooms, delicious food and clean. The surf lessons were incredible and our instructor helped us all to stand and get the buzz of surfing. He was a world champ so we also got to see him do his thing! Finally the yoga was the best that I have had and I have been practising for over 10 years. Franky really cares about her guests and puts so much effort into making sure you have an unforgettable time. Its very rare so I would say BOOK BOOK BOOK!!! Ill be back again for sure

Our stay at wave gypsy was an awesome experience! Franky was super nice and everything was very well organized. The surf spot we visited during our trip was one of the best i have been to. The house was very clean, the staff was friendly and we directly connected to some other guests. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back soon!

Just returning home from my recent stay and already contemplating my return. Everything was wonderful. Franky and Taoufiq were both warm and amazing hosts and have created a really special place. Along with Fatima and Lubnah, who help to look after the Riad, they made the stay faultless. The riad is spacious, beautifully presented, clean and very well located. Food was delicious and plentiful, as was the hospitality. Surfing and yoga instruction was also really great and accommodated for all levels - so if you are a total beginner like me you will feel totally at ease! I left feeling so relaxed that I almost left my bag at the airport on the way home!!!

A perfect week with Frankie and the team. The house is amazing, clean and really cozy, everything is well organized and as a solo traveler it’s really important to feel safe and guided. The surf and yoga class are good and the coach are all really patient. Thank you for this experience.

Dying to get past my 'absolute beginner' surfer status, and in need of a mid-winter break, Wave Gypsy seemed like the perfect choice, and they did not disappoint one little bit.

I booked the all-in surf and yoga camp for 8 days at the beginning of Jan - surf lessons, yummy meals, lovely quiet accommodation (with a charming rooftop terrace) and that all-important dreamy stretch out yoga at the end of the day.

Surf lessons were very laid back and really catered to what YOU needed. Small groups (never more than 3-4) sometimes 1-2-1 coaching, sometimes learning new things in a group of three, sometimes just trying it out for yourself and then coming back into a whole load of tips and guidance, or just chatting on the beach watching the waves and getting pointers.

I learnt loads in that week and left confidently catching my own green waves (whoop!) and dying for the warm weather to hit back home so I can get back in the waves!

Franky and Taoufiq are both absolute gems and the perfect hosts, making you feel right at home.

Franky and Taoufiq are really friendly and helpful. If we had a problem, they always tried to find the best solution for us. They help you to feel at home, the group you share this wonderful experience with is relatively small. We were for example just 8 and that made a big difference for the surf and yoga lessons. They organized everything for us, we went to paradise valley and they suggested us a wonderful place to make a hammam.
I really recommend this place and i'm sure that I will come back soon. Thank you amori!

Really lovely hostel. Nice vibe. The food was amazing and the yoga and surf was great. I would highly recommend!

Wir waren 10 Tage im Wave Gypsy Surf & Yoga Hostel. Schon die Kommunikation beim Buchen war super herzlich und eine Antwort ließ nie lange auf sich warten. Vor Ort wurden wir auch sehr nett von empfangen und das Hostel ist super gemütlich eingerichtet. Wenn man eine Frage oder ein Anliegen hat, konnte man sich immer an Taoufiq, Mohammed, Walid oder die Mädels wenden. Die Mädels kochen darüber hinaus super lecker und immer frisch und abwechslungsreich, was uns sehr gefallen hat. Vor allem.die Tajines und die Nudeln mit Zimt waren unschlagbar. Die Yoga Stunden waren flexibel morgens oder abends und waren ein guter Ausgleich zum täglichen Surf-Kurs. Das Surfen hat vor allem so viel Spaß gemacht, da Mohammed und Walid einen auf dem Stand abholen, auf dem man ist und es ist eine super angenehme lockere Atmosphäre.
Falls man ein familiäres und gemütliches Hostel sucht, mit Surf-Stunden die Spaß machen, seid ihr hier genau richtig.

Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft ist schön eingerichtet und die Zimmer sind sauber.
Toll ist die Gruppendynamik die durch das gemeinsame Frühstück und Abendessen entsteht.
Reda ist einer der besten Surflehrer die wir bis jetzt kennengelernt haben, da er Dinge super erklärt und stets motivierend ist.
