Simple yet great gym. Well equipped and Nassim is a very nice guy. The other gym on the map (Gym Nassim) is not the right one, this one is.

Great owner. Simple equipment but they have everything you need for a good lift. The gym is usually not too crowded around 11-2. We paid $100 Durham for the week and the other option was $20 Durham for the day. It's hot in there, which i love, so be prepared to sweat.
There's also a TV where you can play YouTube videos for music. I enjoyed this gym and was happy to lift weights there.

Equipment list:
Incline bench press, bench press, hamstring curl, leg extension, lat pull down with interchangeable handles, row machine, regular bench press, a few other benches, enough dumbbells at good weights for beginners and stronger individuals, tricep pull down, chest fly, and assisted pull-up/tricep dip machine.

Nice little gym with a few pieces of cybex equipment, more than enough to get a workout in if you’re creative.

Mohamed is nice friendly guy and the gym is clean and equipped

Has everything you need to get a good solid workout in. Everything works, laid back owner, highly recommend

Excellent

Basic but does the job. Decent set of machines, squat rack and normal + incline benches, dumbbells up to 20kg.

One star less because cardio equipment (two bikes, treadmill) was all broken.

30 dhm for one day, 100 dhm for a week.
