Best Rooftop terrace all over Morocco. The people in the riad were amazing!! Especially the manager Rania. We’ve spent two amazing days in the Medina of Rabat and enjoyed a tasty breakfast every morning.

Nice view, amazing staff, people make sure to make you comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting.

Desde el momento en que crucé el umbral del Riad Razoli Sidi Fateh, quedé impresionado por su belleza y atención al detalle. Este riad, con su arquitectura tradicional marroquí y sus elegantes toques modernos, es un verdadero oasis en medio del bullicio de la ciudad. Cada rincón del riad está decorado con buen gusto, reflejando el rico patrimonio cultural de Marruecos. Las habitaciones son espaciosas, limpias y están equipadas con todas las comodidades modernas, pero conservan ese toque auténtico que te hace sentir parte de la historia del lugar.

La terraza en la azotea ofrece vistas panorámicas de la medina y es un lugar ideal para disfrutar de un desayuno delicioso o de una taza de té de menta mientras se contempla el atardecer.

Nos recibió con una cálida sonrisa y nos ofreció una bebida de bienvenida mientras nos explicaba todo lo que necesitábamos saber sobre el riad y la ciudad. Hamza se tomó el tiempo de recomendarnos los mejores lugares para visitar, comer y comprar en Rabat, e incluso organizó tours y transporte para nosotros.

**Atención al Cliente Inigualable**

Lo que más apreciamos fue su disposición a ayudarnos en cualquier momento del día o de la noche. Este nivel de dedicación y cuidado es algo que rara vez se encuentra y que hizo que nuestra estancia fuera verdaderamente especial.

En resumen, el Riad Razoli Sidi Fateh y su maravilloso anfitrión Hamza superaron todas nuestras expectativas. J’ai passé un super séjour dans ce Riad à Rabat, il a son charme a l’intérieur avec une agréable terrasse et une magnifique vue de la ville. J’ai été bien accueillie par le jeune homme Ayoub, le service a était parfait.
C’est une bonne option aussi au niveau de prix et qualité!

Vraiment c'est incroyable j'aime son atmosphère et sa vue magnifique .bref je le recommande à tous ceux qui recherchent le calme et la tranquillité.

Très bon accueil de la part de Monsieur Ayoub qui est très professionnel et sympa et souriant, nous avons passé un très bon moment, nous avons profité pleinement des services du RIad qui était très propre et excellent avec une vue magnifique sur la médina

La camera veramente bella ed accogliente, il bagno lascia un po' a desiderare. Il personale è gentile e garbato e la colazione è stato super. Posizione ottima.

Worst experience in Morocco. This is more of a hostel than a hotel. It's hard to find it. The rooms are practically not isolated. Everything is old and uncomfortable. The shower is terrible. The staff is bad - I had to wait 15 minutes in front of a closed door, in the end one of the guests opened for me. I waited for the manager for another 20 minutes. Towels were brought only late in the evening. To my question about breakfast, they categorically said that breakfast was exactly at 9.00, but in the end at 9.00 there was no staff at all and breakfast was brought only at 10.00.

Pagué por una habitación Deluxe e intentaron darme una habitación estándar. El desayuno se puede mejorar, es muy básico.

First of all the door has an open gap, so no privacy at all. The hosts don’t speak any English. We booked 2 single beds and got a room with a small double bed. The shower head doesn’t work. The breakfast is too little (2 small pancakes). They don’t refresh the towels. No mayor light in the room only small leds Don’t go to this hotel or you will get a headache.

We arrived late in the evening. They brought us in the terrace and let there for half an hour without saying a word about our room (I have to add that they barely speak some words in english).
Then we realized that there was no room. Overbooked.
They didn't try to find an acceptable solution (they propose an appartment for 1 night, 1 hour far away from Rabat). We ended up wandering around the city for three hours, looking for an accomodation, whereas they just left the riad because their shift was over. Totally unprofessional.
It was our worst experience ever. Don't choose this riad if you want to have a pleasant stay in Rabat, even if it would be your only choice.
