VFS Netherlands Rabat

The service is really great, but keep on mind every good service will cost you money. The office is located in Rabat just 10 minutes walking from Rabat ville train station. In this office you can apply for visas to The Netherlands, Finland, Croatia, Portugal, Sweden, Austria and Ukraine. Probably in the future will be more countries. Try to book an appointment at least 2 months in advance because there are always full so make sure to book in advance. Take extra copies of every single document so that you don't need to make a copy in the office which will cost you double the price, take photos.

if there was a 0 i could use for the call center , the web is down for few days and the lady is telling me that there is no other way to track the visa application and it can take a 30 (years) by mistake she meant 30 days i know but she did not even try any other way to assist or at least to assuring . BTW in the first call she hang up

People getting refused for no reason, also the waiting periods are beyond crazy!
It takes half a year just to have an appointment!!

Also people that got longterm visums before, get only 3 months visums or are getting refused all the same. This is unacceptable and criminal to say the least!

Deze organisatie is zo slecht ik ben al 8 Maanden bezig om Contact te krijgen lukt gewoon niet, wil een Visum aanvragen bij het bellen met VFS Global te Rabat krijg je een keuze menu 1 voor Arabisch 2 voor Frans, Engels is er geen keuze mogelijkheden.
Na keuzemenu 1 te hebben gekozen is het maar wachten en hoor je niets meer, het is dus niet mogelijk om Contact te krijgen, daarna een mail gestuurd en krijg een email terug om te bellen met een Afrikaans nummer van VFS Global erg vervelend om zo een aanvraag te willen doen wat onmogelijk is lijkt wel

Service premium nul de chez nul. Personnel en charge de la vérification des documents du soi disant service premium arrogant Comparé au service premium d'autres prestataires. Personnel de centre d'appel qui ne connaît même pas la procédure. Pour modifier la date d'un RDV, une fille qui me répond me dit que ce n'est pas possible et que la procédure de modification n'existe pas. Alors que sur les conditions du paiement du service sur site, c'était écrit noir sur blanc que le RDV peut être modifié une seule fois à condition de s'y prendre 72h à l'avance. Quand je lui demande de vérifier la procédure, elle me demande de lui envoyer ladite procédure.
Je dois avouer par contre que suite une autre demande d'information au au centre d'appel, je suis tombé sur deux personnes aimables et à l'écoute.
J'ai effectué une réclamation sur le site VFS, j'ai eu droit à une réponse automatique qui stipulait que j'allais recevoir un feedback dans un délai de 48h. Cela fait plus de deux semaines maintenant et je n'ai reçue aucune réponse.

manque de communication, j'ai appeler le numéro vert afficher pour me renseigné par rapport la procédures appliqué pour le visa Thaïlande, la standardise est impolie.

Ik heb heel erg slichte ervaring met vfs, ik ben al weken zit te proberen om een afspraak te maken voor mijn familieleden in Marokko, en dat lukt met helaas nooit een afspraak te kunnen maken, ze hebben het bedrag uit mijn bank afgeschreven en ik heb nooit bevestigen dat een afspraak is gemaakt.

Le service est terrible.
