La Terrazza

Expensive for Morocco but the food is delicious. The pizza has Moroccan cheese so the flavor is not 100% true but the crust is delicious. The salads are great too. Beer and wine are available. Second hand clothes are also for sale.

As everyone else, we loved tajines but we’re tired of them. We are so glad to find La Terrazza and we talked to the owner-chef who comes from Italy. It was a good meal, pizza and pasta was amazing, even the salad too. We loved the home-made drinks (tea and lemonade) very refreshing for the weather. Very pretty place, hope more people would come!

What a find! A beautiful location and very tasty, authentic Italian pizza. Also they have beer and wine which was amazing after not finding any for the rest of my time in Morocco

Lovely food in a lovely space. It's nice to see people doing different cuisines in the smaller areas of Morocco and we all enjoyed the meal. Vegan options and lots of cheese for the non vegans!

We were looking for a nice restaurant, and wanted something else instead of tajine.

We came across a Italian restaurant, run by a Italian man, with his French wife.

I ordered the Carbonara pasta (penne) and my wife ate a Pizza Blanca with gorgonzola, cream, onion, and bacon.

THE BEST CARBONARA I HAVE EVER EATEN! The pizza was excellent!! Tiramisu and pizza Nutella were very good!

Also a great terrace with a view on Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou! (We did not use the terrace, because it was during the evening and it was dark, but the owners told us we had to see it next time!)

After what felt like a million tajines ... This was soul food. The pizza was just how I love it and the pasta was perfectly al dente. AND they served real pork ham. Which was refreshing.
They never had us wait long and we're very friendly!!

A bit pricy but the meal is really authentic! A real Italian cuisine made by the Italian chef. The pizza was really delicious. 😋😋if you were tired having the tajine or couscous for every meal in Morocco, I highly recommended you came here for a change.🤣🤣

Wow after 3 weeks in cruising in the camper and lots of lots of tahine, an Italian restaurant...
A couple from Paris; husband was a famous chef they sold everything and started this restaurant with the best view ever....

And really had the best pizza and ceasar salad ever....

And bought a great dress in the boutique...

We had an amazing meal at La Terrazza. Marianne and Carmen have a wonderful restaurant.
We had an amazing Antipasti which had great assortment of cheese and meat. We also had great Calabrese, Margherita, and Capra & Miele pizzas. Cannot recommend this place highly enough. After a long day traveling and sightseeing, this was a great meal. It was also a good break after a few too many meals with tagines.

Delicious food, great price and extremely accommodating staff. We knew we were a little late getting to the town so called ahead and they stayed open for us. Could not have asked for more.

Hard to find at night, just have to go down the street from the kasbah hotel towards the river. Best pizza we had in Morocco

So great! We were getting a little tired of the same Moroccan dishes being served to us. We decided to try something different, but didn’t expect to find authentic, excellent Italian food here. Wasn’t surprised to learn the owner/chef is Italian. It was also nice that we could pay by card.

It is a pleasant surprise to find such delicious Italian pizza and panini in such a remote town. Everything (pizza, panini, wine, iced coffee) we had was amazing and a much needed change from days of Moroccan food, not to mention the very friendly staff and the stunning view of the kasbath on the balcony. Although the price is higher than other restaurants we've been to in the valleys and the Atlas, we felt like it was well worth the food, the service, and the view.

WOW WOW WOW!!! Family of 6 really enjoyed our time here. Super friendly owner, warm and welcoming. Restaurant was clean and had a relaxed vibe, pizza was AMAZING, gluten free pasta available, antipasta before the meal had a nice variety and great flavors, wine to go with dinner and great dessert meant the whole family was happy. And the pizza. It REALLY was amazing. Not "amazing for Morocco" amazing, it was one of the best pizzas we've ever had. Would totally go back and whole heatedly recommend. Felt that the price was VERY appropriate for the quality of food and service.

A really great place to relax after roadtrip through Morocco and some not so great experiences throughout. The food is good, albeit a bit pricey. The service and atmosphere is amazing.
