Concert Hall "Great Amber"

Beautiful place, its color changes throughout the time due to sunshine reflection. In front of the building is wide & free parking area. There are a lot of cozy cafes & restaurants surrounding it.

Beautiful modern concert Hall. A great combination of local feeling (Liepaja is the music city of Latvia and its Beautiful beaches are full of Amber) and contemporary architecture. I definitely suggest to purchase a ticket to watch a concert, especially if the internationally recognised Liepaja Orchestra is playing. A must see place of Liepaja

Interesting architecture. Somehow the orange glass give the interior a very gloomy feel. And the ceilings feel oddly low in places around the angular hallways and staircases. But I guess the reason you visit this place is for the auditoriums 😄

This was so far the best venue for classical music I've been so far.
It is also the trickiest one. Until I found how to get from a to b, it took me a while, but that what makes this place exceptionally unique.
If you are visiting Liepaja, this place is a must. If you havent been to "Great Amber" concert hall, well you haven"t seen Liepaja.

Great Amber is really Great

Very contemporary venue for different kinds of activities, and day cafeteria with good food.

Most beautiful building in Liepāja, and maybe in Latvija too!!! Perfect - design and functionality!

The Concert Hall has performances from all over the world. I took my daughters to see musicians from Italy and dancers from New York. There is a secretive cafe at the top floor open for all but don't be surprised if you get it to yourselves

Like it, huge and nice auditorium for concerts, love the sound there especially for "Dagamba" loved the whole experience. Good

I am in love with Lielais Dzintars, so I cannot be objective with my comment 🤭 There is something special about this place. Building itself is spectacular. Main concert venue is impressive. Both balconies feel to be so high that one might be easily scared! But I like it. Absolutely recommended!

If you are in Liepāja you must go to an event in great amber! There are events for families, friends or date.

Nice cool place, I experienced the Tina's Turners tribute concert there and it was really very enjoyable
