First time in Taphouse and YOU have to go! It’s the cutest little spot with amazing food. The deviled pork dish with beer is to die for. IT WAS FIRE!! The service I received was so amazing and we will definitely be back again. They made me feel welcomed and gave me an amazing experience.

I had an exceptional time at this bar with food! The menu offered a delightful selection of dishes, and the quality of the food exceeded my expectations. The drinks were superbly crafted, and the bartenders were both knowledgeable and friendly. The combination of great food, drinks, and a cozy atmosphere made for a memorable evening. We were pleasantly surprised. Often been there in the past. Food used to be at best average. This time it was excellent. Perfectly cooked and really enjoyable, especially the vegetables and mashed potatoes. The young man who served us was brilliant. Exceptional English. Sorry, I did not get his name. We will certainly go back

As expected, the food and service lives upto expectations. Tried some of the shakes, cocktails and mock tails and they were delicious. Food took some time to arrive but the wait was worth it as they were filling and tasty. Prices are relatively cheap compared to other eateries and bars at Galle fort, therefore gets good value for money. Perfect to chill out with a cold beer on a hot day as they have both indoor and outdoor seating.

If you like indoors, they have some lovely wooden seating setting as well. Good customer serrvice. Eats are good. Overall the place has a relaxing atmosphere. Prices are reasonable as well.

Great place. Warm, friendly staff, and a great selection of drinks. Only are there once, and the food was good. As a place to nip in for a drink during a rain shower or to get out of the sun, it was the best.

Nice place for a draught Lion. Lovely atmosphere outside, by the historic town walls. Beer is normal price (around 700 - 1000 rupees).

It's a one of the best place to get snacks,beers,and alcoholic products at the dutch hospital fort. Location is really attractive and service is pretty good.

Oasis. After burning up on the streets of old Galle you're ready for a drink. 1400lkr for a jug of cold Lion is equivalent to Aussie happy hour prices and so GREAT value in this neck of the woods. We ate our 60lkr street food and swerved the western menu. Recommended.

Nice spot for a drink. Whisky sour was good and a reasonable price. We left our bag at the table with our bank card and the money we’d just withdrawn. They kept it in the safe until we returned. Very grateful. And representative of the people we’ve met in Sri Lanka who go out of their way to help you. Thank you so much 🙏
