The St. Regis Astana

We have stayed at the st Regis twice now. The hotel is absolute luxury and service is fantastic. The staff are really friendly and have looked after us so well. Many thanks to Indira, Dimash and Nazerke for bringing us amazing treats (see photos) and making our stay so memorable.

This hotel, indeed this Country, is a hidden gem. The people there love Americans! The hotel staff is friendly and they aim to please, better than any hotel I have stayed in and I have stayed in over 50 quality hotels. This is the best one. What an awesome experience!!
Excellent food, clean, safe rooms (though I think in Kazakhstan it would be safe with the doors unlocked), I am so happy I went.
I will be back.

I really liked the hotel. The rooms are so beautiful and spacious, the location is great, the room view is amazing. The most friendly and helpful staff I have ever met in Astana, especially the receptionist and Buttler. It was clean, stylish, with excellent service.
The are restaurants and bars, where you can have a nice dinner or drinks. Also, you can fully relax in the Iridium spa, where you can find a swimming pool, a terrace with a city view, a hammam, a sauna, a massage, etc.

Exceptionally good service and very nice and welcoming staff. They made me feel like home during my stay and provided a memorable experience. Thank you! Will be back

This was my first time in the country and I had a wonderful stay here. I want to give a special thanks to Amina, Anastassiya and Aigerim from the team at St.Regis for helping me plan an amazing proposal for my now fiancé. Whether you are staying for business, leisure or planing a romantic event like myself, I highly recommend staying at St.Regis Astana. Thank you to all the other staff who also made my stay very memorable! Will definitely be back again very soon.

This hotel features great, clean, spacious rooms, greatly furnished and decorared. But the real gem is the exceptional service they provide. The hotel crew and concierge service are very attentive to their guests, making a stay very comfortable. We would like to thank the hotel personnel and will definitely return.

Excellent staff and accommodation in the heart of the city. We live here, but stay at this hotel for all our special occasions, as there is certainly none better in the city!

Really nice suites, and great service. The only thing is the location is not super central.

The rooms are beautiful and sound proofed. I couldn't hear anything except the quiet air conditioning when the windows were closed. The staff are very attentive. I ordered tea service before my early morning flight and it was delivered in five minutes with a smile. The breakfast buffet is expansive and changes daily, and the staff will gladly cook something to order.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in yet. Adored the room decor, the really hospitable staff and delicious breakfasts.

The service is excellent, the decor fantastic, it mixes international with local Kazakh culture. The food is top quality. I love the Spa and the Sunday brunches.

Very nice hotel. The staff treated me like a King!! I want to think butlers Akan, Aya, Nurbol and Tatyana for their service during my stay at St Regis. Hope to visit you all again.

Great location, and the italian master chef makes the difference same as the Hotel's director. It s a must Place in Nur Sultan.

The best (hotel) Nur-Sultan can offer - bar none. And still a great value for money. Moreover, the pumpkin soup is TO DIE FOR .. FWIW.

Great hotel...the ambiance is perfect...wonderful breakfast buffet...I had no time to try fitness center & Spa though so couldn’t make a comment
