Imsil Cheese Theme Park

Visited the Imsil Cheese Park and it was quite an experience. They were having a festival over the weekend which was fun and there were dozens of vendors selling everything from fried cheese to fresh yogurt to pizza. Overall I had fun. It was a kind of long walk from the bus terminal but on the way back I was able to get a free bus ride back. If you like cheese, or just want to try something different to do, it's a fun way to spend an afternoon.

We went to this place with my 7yo daughter. Nice theme park for picnic and some games for kids. Lots of beautiful flowers for selfies. Highly recommended especially for tourists!

Nice place to bring young kids. Outdoor gardens and playground, restaurants, a cheese store and experience events are waiting for both kids and parents to enjoy time together.

Our visit in early october coincide with a chrysanthemum flowers festival, so the park territory was very beautifully decorated. Love the place.

Imsil Cheese Festival amongst one of the most awaited festivals in Korea.. the colourful flower decorations are one of the main attractions during this time. Various cultural performances by youngsters during the events make it still more colourful and enjoyable.. you can have nice time with kids and enjoy different foods as well during Festival.. 😊

Beautiful scenery, nice open space. I enjoyed the cheese tonkatsu. I went when the roses were blooming so the rose garden was very beautiful.

Great place for family with children. Our kids enjoyed making cheese and pizza here. There are also an amusing park and a small zoo for them.

임실치즈테마파크는 임실치즈를 테마로 한 국내 유일 체험형 관광지로 1960년 지정환 신부가 산양 2마리 를 키운 것으로 시작, 한국 치즈 산업의 중심지로 자 리매김하고 있다. 임실군 성수면 도인리 13만 제곱미 터, 축구장 19개 넓이의 드넓은 초원 위에 조성되었으 며, 임실치즈의 맛과 멋이 깃든 체험교육을 진행하고 있다.
산타축제기간에 방문했는데 역시 사람많지만 먹거리가 풍성함.

임실치즈테마파크에 다녀왔는데요.
지금이 축제기간이라 그런지 사람이 엄청많았습니다.
저는 4시가 넘어서 갔는데도 많더라구요. 하지만 이때가니 슬슬 빠지는 분위기이기도했고 노을이져서 풍경이 너무 예쁘더라구요. 안에는 다양한 먹거리들이 있어서 언제나 즐길 수 있구요. 많은 국화꽃들이 피어있어서 눈의 즐거움이 더욱 배가 됩니다.
그리고 밤에는 조명이 켜져서 아름다운 야경을 만들어냅니다.
여러분도 저처럼 오후시간에 가서 노을부터 야경까지 즐기고오세요.
그리고 축제기간이라 초대가수공연도 하더라구요.
나름 재미있게 즐기고온거같습니다.

임실치즈축제기간에 방문했습니다.
아무리 임실이 치즈가 유명하다고 해도
시골 축제에 사람이 얼마나 오겠어 생각했는데 큰 오산이였어요.
사람 엄~청 많았어요.
은근 컨텐츠도 많고 맛있는 먹거리도 많아서 좋았어요~

산책도 하고 치즈 역사도 알게 되어 기분 좋았던 곳.
봄에 다시 오고 싶은 맘으 들고
아기자기하게 잘 꾸며 놓아 기분 좋게 만들어 준 곳이다.

여기는 올때마다 느끼는거지만 소풍온 느낌이라 기분이 좋아요~ 초록잔디도 좋구 색감있는 조형물들도 좋구 가족들 나들이하기에 좋은 장소인것 같아요^^
