We arrived late in the afternoon so we were not able to go around and explore much but this is a beautiful green tea plantation. The green tea covered rolling hills. You can walk/hike around, the path were well maintained. Every area is great for photos.

Make sure to try their green tea soft served ice cream and latte. We also bought several boxes of teabags to take home. Their green tea is subtle and not strong/bitter but has so much flavor in it. It's delicious!

You will be walking through tall pine trees and a small creek to and fro the plantation with the bird tweeting in the background.

Wonderful tea field. Amazing cafe before entrance to the field with very tasty food! Moderate walk up to hill. Great rest area in the water stream.

Great half-day experience through both the green tea field and bamboo forest. There is t much else to do around the immediate area but Boseong Green Tea Plantation itself is worth a day trip of its own if you've never visited a tea plantation before.

Walking/hiking around the place is manageable although just mildly strenuous because of the inclines.

Views are beautiful and unique but the place might be a little smaller than expected. Don't expect wide sweeping vistas as there is a fairly dense forest with tall trees that surrounds the plantation. That said, the rows upon rows of tea bushes make for interesting photos.

Great tea products to purchase and sample as well.

Make sure you go all the way up for the ocean view (bring good grip shoes) and do the bambu forest closer to parking lot.
The gift shops are also worth visiting and they both had different items.

Very very nice visit of a tea plantation. We had a very good time visiting very early on a weekday.

You can spend a few hours walking/hiking around.

Really amazing place! A MUST visit uf you are traveling around Korea and if you are a nature lover. Being able to walk through these tea fields appear to be a pretty cool experience. A quite photogenic spot. And don’t forget trying the green tea ice cream, fabulous!

If you are in Korea, you need to see this place before you leave! I have been waiting to visit this place since I've gotten here a d it was worth the wait! They open at 9am so we got there as it opened so we could get good pictures! We walked around the fields for about 25 minutes and enjoin thoroughly! We then got some green tea lattes, they were the best we've ever had! Bit overly sweet, just the right amount of sweet. We also got the green tea ice cream and it was so amazing! I really liked it! We then went into the gift shop and looked around, I ended up purchasing a 500ml bag of matcha powerful 20,000 won!
I really enjoyed this spot and I know you will too!

The green tea fields are beautiful and well worth the trip. The green tea ice cream was also much better than anticipated. Get there early to be there before the masses ahd snap some good pictures. It is obvious that they care for these fields. The touriSt shops were also surprisingly fairly priced. Also well worth going during Cherry Blossom time

The field was amazing. We got there right when they opened at 0900. There are a few places that sell ice cream and coffee. I had the most delicious green tea latte and green tea ice cream. The field was quite large and steep in some parts. They had paths to walk through the fields and they had a way around and up to the top. At the top they had an observation deck. I would definitely recommend coming if you are anywhere in South Korea.

Absolutely loved the tea farm. It's a charming and perfectly manicured which can be appreciated by taking the trail around the farm. It is a very tranquil path and I enjoyed it with my family. Dont leave without trying the green tea pancakes and great tea soft serve!

Best Korea tour yet. If you go do NOT fail to get green tea soap, green tea gummies that you can purchase from the museum and a close third the ice cream. Also enjoy a hike on the heels. The last part of my tour was reclining in a hammock watching groups perform k pop.

Amazing views, great space for taking pictures. Direct bus from Gwangju (destination NokchaBat, or Boseong and you can pay 1000won extra for the driver - Tea Plantation is the next stop after leaving Boseong).

Quite a long journey from Seoul but absolutely worth the trip. There is a little hike where you can even view the sea from the tea fields. Nice places to stop and have some green tea or shop for souvenirs

Heaven for Green Tea lovers.
I was fortunate enough to attend the Green Tea festival. Weather was a bit humid but a windy evening made it brilliant.
Huge green tea plantation, museum, Green Tea making process, a comfortable place to stay and good music were the highlights of this visit.
I travelled from Incheon and it took me almost 5 hours to reach by bus.
Good weekend getaway. Just something different :)

Wonderful green tea plantation! We went when it was raining but that didnt matter it was still beautiful and maybe even more peaceful because it wasn't crowded at all. The entry price was 4000 won per adult. The walk around is easy and the fields are beautiful.

If you decide to go around and see the ocean observatory and waterfall the hike isn't difficult but it can be pretty steep depending on the person. Definitely worth the walk around if you're up to it.

The cafes have delicious green tea drinks and snacks. The green tea affogato was delicious. The gift shops have some great items as well. Overall a great sight.

Made a day trip from gwangju to boseong green tea fields. Beautiful place with rows upon rows of green tea plants stretching into the horizon. I bought some green tea chocolates from the gift shop but it was pretty bad so I would advise against buying the snacks from the gift shop. But the green tea ice cream was amazing especially in the hot summer weather.

If you are a fan of green tea, so this place is for you!!! Definitely reccomending you to visit here~
This was my first tea plantation visit so was not sure what to expect. Can just describe with one word this place was just stunning.

This is one the most visited travel destination in the southern part of Korea~ originally known as a Daehan Dawon. Such a popular tea plantation farm in Boseong.
At the plantations’ Dawon Lounge, you can try literally everything with green tea taste like a green tea jajangmyeon, cold green tea noodles, green tea bibimbap and even green tea flavored donkasu~
This amazing tea plantation was also featured in one of my favorite Korean drama thelegendofthebluesea ~~~
