The first time I had visited Ine. My family had 5 members and this place is the most impressive place for this trip. The owner is very kind the service like 5 stars hotel and cook the very good meal for us. I will come back again next year❤❤❤❤

Mr. Miyashita is very nice and helpful.

It was a really nice stay. You have the whole property to yourself and it was very comfortable. It includes both dinner (if you choose the dinner option) and breakfast which is a rarity in Ine. The host was very kind and hospitable. Before the stay I communicated in email with the host in Japanese and his communication was very clear. He can organise a sea taxi to pick us up and drop us back at his place. I highly recommend this place. Just be mindful that this isn't a boathouse (funeya). It depends on whether this is important to you.

Miyashita San is the epitome of a perfect Japanese host. He goes out of his way to make you feel right at home with the biggest smile on his face. You cannot help but feel his graciousness and kindness throughout your stay here.

The town was incredibly pretty with breathtaking views. The room was well located beside the sea with wide windows, allowing for guests to take in the majestic view of the morning sunrise.

The food that he prepared was also incredibly delicious.

I hope that more travellers will have the great fortune of staying with Miyashita San as I have had and wish him all the best with his future guests.

Miyashita San the host of the place will really take care of you well. The location is good. Only a few minutes walks to tourist info center. The house is clean and quiet with amazing view. Recommend to book dinner on the house as the host and his parents are cooking really well.

If I could give this place 6 stars, I would! The owner is an absolute saint and went out of his way to make our trip as comfortable as possible. The view from the room is absolutely gorgeous and the food was some of the best I've ever had at a hotel. Overall, just the perfect place to stay. We hope to come back again, soon!

Communicated with the owner via email to book the room. Had the entire building to ourselves. View of the bay from our room is beautiful. Room is spacious, although you need to lug your luggage up 3 floors.
Owner is friendly and helpful. He can speak a bit of English but we communicated mostly through google translate. Parking is free and next to accommodation (a 3 storey building next to the water).
Food is delicious and is prepared by the owner himself.
Check out is also a breeze.

We had an amazing day at Mr. Miyashita‘s house. He was so friendly and ambitious to provide us the best possible stay.

From the room you can see the fisher-village and the water perfectly. The room and the bathroom were very clean and spacious which we really liked. As a guest you have the whole House for your own.

Mr.Miyashita organized us a wonderful dinner and a boat ride in the morning.
He provided us a very tasty and fresh japanese breakfast.

His hospitality amazed us, we would really like to visit his place once more.

House is in very good shape, beds are very cosy, living room provide you magnificent view to overlook the Funaya area.
Location is also great, it is located right in front of the Hirata Bus stop which is very convenient.

Hopefully, I could be back in the future.

Thank you for your hospitality, Masa-san. We enjoyed everything about our stay at Ine Funaya Kamome. From the moment of our arrival with you meeting us at the bus stop to our last minute at your place, we were treated like royalty. The meal and hospitality were amazing and your kindness to help drying our wet shoes. Thanks again for your warmth and generosity.

The place is so nice and clean. You'll stay in the room on the 3rd floor so the view is great. The meal also fresh & delicious. Last but not least, the owner is so friendly, you can ask about anything & he'll kindly explain & help you with your plans.

Very fresh and tasty. I had the best 1000 yen sashimi teishoku (set meal) I have ever eaten. The bus stop is right in front of the restaurant, so if you are waiting for a bus it's a good place for a break. The second floor offers a very nice view of the bay. Highly recommened.

Delicious crab dinner and Japanese breakfast. Appreciate owners hospitality and help a lot in recommending the tour.

幾乎零缺點的美好住宿體驗!行前書信往返提問就感受到宮下老闆的熱心回覆。當天ㄧ抵達公車站牌，宮下馬上出來迎接我們,再來便是一連串專屬一天只接一組客人的服務：依我們的規劃,老闆主動載我們去租腳踏車,協助租借細節後,幫忙預約海上計程車,再主動將行李抬到樓上房間,只見房間熱水瓶已裝填好燒好的開水,直接可以泡茶賞海景～豐盛晚餐讓我們原本準備的宵夜泡麵沒派上.更誇張的是離開前主動放好適溫洗澡水加上蓋防塵(浴缸恆溫)你完全可以體會什麼是不被打擾又服務周到。隔天早餐完也是幫我們拍美照,接送我們去想去的地方才道別。民宿臨伊根灣而建美不勝收,整棟打掃得很乾淨。我想，我們會再造訪的^_^

房間非常乾淨，盥洗室很科技化，景觀很棒；老闆第二天還幫我們安排行程親自載送。
除此之外在還沒去之前會擔心語言的隔閡，但是老闆親切的態度就像是在接待老朋友一樣，讓人覺得温暖....。
相處近一天後，在搭公車離開跟老闆揮手時，心中竟充滿不捨....。謝謝老闆讓我們這對夫妻在日本有一個非常令人懐念温馨的回憶。
