I love this shop The staff are friendly. and very helpful. Don't hesitate to go buy some honey at this store. Even if you are a foreigner .

You can taste different kinds of honey and honey vinegar.

I really enjoyed the Pizza, the garlic shrimp was my favorite. It's interesting that they provide honey at the table in case you want to put that on the pizza. It definitely changes the flavor. They also have unlimited refill drinks here, something that's is not often found in Japan. I would definitely recommend this place. You can tell that they use fresh ingredients.

Surprisingly delicious Pizza. Nice Fluffy base.
We had to try Meat and Cheese as this was a local favourite. I find the meat makes the pizza abit sloppy. But if you want a more traditional pizza, just go for the Margherita.
It definitely hit the spot if you want something other than Japanese cuisine. Especially after a long day in the snow.

They have a variety of honey and you can taste different kinds of them like coffee honey... you can also taste tea mixed with different honey .. they also sell a lot of honey based products (cosmetic, food...) ..and the soft cream there is sooooo delicious 🤤🤤

I didn't realize that I wanted a honey shop like this in my life. The ice cream is good too.

個人的に、かなり楽しめる部類に入った場所です。秋田訪問時にはリピ確定です。

店名の通り、蜂蜜が売ってるお店になります。
蜂蜜って、そんなに種類あっても別にそんな味変わらんでしょ…って思っていましたが、ごめんなさい。。たくさんの種類の蜂蜜を試食をさせていただき、今までテキトーに蜂蜜買ってたことを後悔しました。笑 好みの蜂蜜に出会えました。

お店には蜂蜜だけではなく、蜂蜜を使ったスイーツやドリンク、化粧品などが並んでいました。
私のオススメは秋田県産のお米と蜂蜜を使った甘酒です。これも試飲できますので是非！
他にもドリンク試飲が豊富で、めちゃ楽しかったです。。

10月の訪問だったせいか、実際にミツバチの巣箱を見ることはできませんでした。残念。
お外には2階建てのバスがあります。ソフトクリームはそこで食べるのがお勧めです。

あと、隣のピザ屋さんも激推ですので要チェックです。

タクシーの運転手さんに勧められて、田沢湖から乳頭温泉郷に行く途中でバスを下車して立ち寄りました！
様々なハチミツ酢とハチミツの甘酒の試飲コーナーがあり、ドラゴンフルーツ酢と甘酒が個人的にめちゃくちゃ美味しかったです！ソフトクリームも爽やかで美味しかったです🥰

タクシーの運転手さんにはシュークリームとロールケーキも勧められていたのですが、時間の関係でそちらは試せず。
ネット通販もやっているので誰かにギフトを贈りたい時の選択肢の一つになりました！

蜂蜜の試食や蜂蜜フルーツ酢の試飲がありどれも試してから購入することができました。
そして、どれも美味しかったです。
全部乗せ?ソフトクリーム(800円)に乗っていたコムハニーが美味しくて購入しました！
田沢湖産はもちろんですが、珍しい蜂蜜もたくさんあるのでぜひ行ってみてください！

大みそかの前日に訪問。午後2時頃でしたが、店内はまだ混んでいて着席まで5分ほど待ちました。焼き立ての美味しいピザ美味しくいただきました。

料理の調味料にと思いたって伺いました。
何回も来てはいるんですが、毎回いろんな商品に目移りと味見をしてしまいます。はちみつはテイスティングして好みの味を選んだ方がいいです。国産、海外で同じ蜜でも全く味と風味が違います。
そして定期的に訪問したくなるいいお店です。
