Extreme well beyond expectation, although the wait time is very Iong (mine was 1.5 hours). The meat is very soft, tender, and juicy. The staff said around 9pm is less crowded. This place is a must for anyone who visited this town.

Cons: a long line, but worth waiting.

The mutton is good! But need to prepare for a long queue. Get a number from the machine and wait either at the front of the restaurant or the opposite waiting room. There is a toilet in the opposite waiting room. If you are going in a big group, advise everyone to wait there when there's around 10 groups ahead of you. Because when the staff called your number and your member is not there, the staff will just take your number and ask you to take a new number when all the people are there. Not just happening to foreigners, even the locals they also don't give chance.

Super long wait. But oh my Haruhi, it was well worth it! Awesome mutton. And they do not have the gamey smell like mutton do in other parts of the world. Hokkaido lamb is a must try for visitors of Hokkaido.

Definitely a must-yry during winyer. I went for the 6 meat and drink n buffet. The meat was not gamey ( i dont deat mutton because of the lamb taste) and they were so succulent. I added the rib eye,rump and tongue. But i tecommend to keep to the ser like rosu, shoulder and fillet. And if u can drink, go for it. It's a match in heaven. Enjoy!

Food was amazing! We couldn’t stop eating and ordering lamp dishes. Radish salad and tomato onion salad were delicious as well! Highly recommended! It’s worth it to wait for 2 hours to get a table. Staffs are friendly and energy. Will definitely go back for food next time 👍👍👍

Amazing! We came twice, it’s an exciting meal and so delicious. We tried lots of things on the menu and our favourite was the large lamb cutlet, it was worth it. First time we waited 5mins and second time about 30minutes, but there’s an area opposite to sit and wait in once you’ve got your number. Service was great too.

That was really delicious. If you’re in Asahikawa, you must try their local authentic lamb yakiniku.

We went there for dinner around 7pm. Queue was very long, I think we waited for around a hour under the heavy snow.
But it worth it. Will come back again when I’m going to Asahikawa.

A must visit in Asahikawa! Please go earlier before opening hours to get a queue number. I waited about 30 mins even though I reached at 5pm. Atmosphere was on point. Menu was in Japanese but staff were very friendly to recommend varied cuts of lamb meat to let you have a wholesome exp. Order the platter to make things easier!! Get a good pint of beer to go with this lamb, it’s finger lickin good!!!! Juicy and tasty lamb meat!

Reservations are only accepted from 4pm to 5pm. If you go without a reservation, we recommend that you use the ticket machine at the entrance of the restaurant 30 minutes before the restaurant opens to get a waiting number. There is a waiting room across from the restaurant, so if you wait there, the waiter will call you when your turn comes.
I recommend everyone to try the Genghis Khan at this restaurant at least once.

Best lamb I ever ate in Japan. Good price good quality meat. We wait around 1.5 hrs to get in, but definitely worth it.

The bouncer yelled out numbers and we missed a beat, told us cancelled ❌. Begged him 😭 and got reinstated, after that all good enjoyed the lamb 👅

Be prepared to wait as there are long queue to get into this establishment. We were blown away by the Shoulder Loin, it’s tender & juicy. The Almond Salad was also delicious.

Don’t forget to try the craft beer lager also. Super good! Definitely a recommended place to go in Asahikawa.

Best bbq lamb in Japan! Some said there is no perfect lamb . This place is perfect! Queue for more than an hour but it’s totally worth it. Just go in and order everything. A must try!!

Fantastic lamb bbq. Ordered the shoulder cut and it just melted in my mouth.

They also had a service staff to help cook for you too.

They also have a cupboard where you can store your belongings so it wont get the smell.

But i strongly recommend you enjoy this bbq near the end of your day as your clothes will smell like bbq.

I was there on a typhoon day at 5:30pm, but people didn't really care about the typhoon 😂 without reservation, it took me about 1.5hr til i could get a table. I would recommend to go there before 5pm if you don't want to wait to too long or make reservation.

This place has completely changed my view on mutton barbecue. The meat is so tender and not gamey. Haven’t try any lamb meat of this quality. We went in around 5:30pm on a Sunday in November. No queue and got a table for 2 immediately(I was bracing for 2 hours wait base on the reviews here).

After seeing the rating and reviews from here, had to try the place myself.

The lamb was so good, and can refill the vegetables as much as you want for free.

Definitely recommend if you are nearby, as it’s and not that expensive and there is no seating charge!

Just like some other people’s comments, place was busy with many locals. They know what’s up.

So busy this one, but still give me good experience and foods was so yummy
