They don’t have “hot spring” but they do have a wonderful spa area.
Friendly staffs, Variety and delicious breakfast. It’s a warm and friendly place where we will want go back again next time.

An excellent location if you’re wanting to ski multiple resorts and stay in a city with numerous food options and nightlife. Very well set up hotel for skiing, wax bench and ski shop. Lovely staff, very reasonable price and would highly recommend.

Great helpful service, 10min walk from lots of restaurants and Izakaya's, cute onsen underground, clean cozy rooms, and an amazing breakfast buffet filled with all kinds of delicious savory fish, vegetables, and waffles. One of the nicest small offerings was how many options of complimentary juices and flavored waters they had!

Outstanding hotel for the money, great service, brilliant breakfast and the baths are superb. Free waxing of snowboards was the cherry on the cake. Room was small but hotel superb 10/10

Great hotel for Hokkaido ski tour. Easy bus trip from airport - drops you right at front door.
Lovely styling, great rooms, Onsen, nice bar, ski/boot storage. Close to Pippu and Kamui ski lifts.

Nice hotel with a great breakfast buffet. I didn't get to share with my wife though as they didn't let me take it to the room where my wife would be getting ready for the day ski touring very early

Nice hotel lobby and room. Recommend this hotel for winter! Favourite part was the scrumptious FREE OF CHARGE breakfast buffet!

I don’t understand the negative reviews for this hotel. I felt like I entered heaven. I had a fabulous and spacious room with a tatami corner, free sparkling wine in the lobby at night, a delightful parfait and a relaxing trip to the sauna. Contrary to some reviews, foreigners DO know the conventions when entering a Japanese bath. What else could you want?

Nice location in Asahikawa, in front of the bus stop if you take the express bus (Taisetsu Liner) from New Chitose Airport (better reserve). Interesting and cool room layout and great service. Breakfast service is recommended (2000 yen/person).

Decent stopover hotel at asahikawa if you are heading to see the flower farms at biei and furano. The hot bath was pretty good as well

New modern hotel in Asahikawa, Visit after Japan re-opened for tourist , the hotel provide nice welcome drink and snack. Very good breakfast with recommendation of staff to try their famous smoke salmon Waffle and the tuna over rice .

Enjoyed my stay here (3 nights). The hotel lobby was very comfy and hip. The ambience was that of a stylish co-working space so I got to do some work in the mornings and late evenings.

Stayed in the Japanese-style room and it was spacious. The staff were also really kind!

They even have a place to rent skis and snowboard set. And the bus stop to the JR station, airport, and Asahi-dake Mountain is right in front of the hotel.

Great original desserts at the Café & Bar here! They even give free drink bar choices when you order new-in dessert. I even thought there was only me because there were so few customers when I visited. The staffs kept a professional but cold attitude that even though I don't have any complaints, it was still a not so pleasant interaction. But fancy-looking and delicious desserts with great service anyway!!!

This is the best hotel in Asahikawa. It's a luxurious hotel with nice views of city and good food!! Their main restaurant by the lobby has lots of options and the food is delicious. If you are single you can choose one of the the smaller bedrooms, otherwise stick to the grand double room. They also have 4 types of suites but they are very expensive! The good thing about this hotel is you will never get wrong information and everything is fast! The location is great as its just about 5 to 6 min walk to the main train station which has a mall!! Instead of walking to the station using the main road sidewalk, cross the road and walk through the parallel street which is for pedestrians only and has lots of restaurants and shops!

Staff were polite and helpful with luggage, room met expectations (furniture was showing some age, though), and the entire hotel has a wonderful atmosphere to it. Full-course dinner was amazing, mind-blowing. Would repeat.

Amazing stay, well done. Ignore the dated look of the rooms. The beds and pillows soaked our tiredness away the moment you close your eyes. The onsen is awesome with different temperature pools and a 360 degree shower. Awesome fine dining restaurant is a MUST try. Great chef!

Plenty of good eats nearby, yakiniku, sashimi, uni, crabs etc. Had to pay for overnight parking which was quite some distance away though.
