BOOKOFF SUPER BAZAAR Kamakura Ofuna Store

I love this store! I visit this store about once a month while my wife does grocery shopping at Ito Yokado next door.

It’s a much cleaner and way better organized version of a Goodwill Store in the U.S. About one-third of the store is dedicated to books and videos, one-third to clothing, and the rest to electronics, sporting goods, and luxury items. There’s also a fair amount of knickknacks and tchotchkes.

You won’t find appliances or furniture but there’s a good chance you will find everything else.

The prices are extremely reasonable and based on the condition of the item. The last time I was there, I bought a used computer mouse for ¥110 and three Showa style postboxes for ¥110, ¥210, and ¥310.

You can also bring your no longer needed items to sell at the store but don’t expect to get too much.

If you're looking for some seriously cheap used clothes, housewares, sports equipments, electronics, musical instruments and gear, etc this is the place to go.

Because it's located really close to the Shonan coast, there is a big collection of used surfboards. There is also a good amount of fine bone chinaware sold as well, although most of them are incomplete sets.

No idea why this is rated so low. It’s very big, has clothes, games, toys, figures, some vintage items, coats, tops, bottoms, cds and books etc.
Second floor even has a Saizeriya and a medium sized Daiso. Great place.

This is a famous recycle shop in Japan, you can find it in every town. It's cheap and sells good products, so I recommend it to overseas travelers as well. I enjoy choosing items.

Japanese love second hand stuff, this place is franchised second hand store located in ofuna and many places in Japan. Great price for great value, you'll be amazed that you'll find some really interesting stuff, from old cassette to Nintendo games, LV leather bags from decades ago to brand new watches, have fun!

If you're looking for big name brands such as Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Kate Spade, Prada, and the like, this store has many to offer. There is also a wide selection of clothing and accessories for men and women. They also have some electronics, music instruments, sporting goods, books, and games.

This place has everything!

Best bookoff so for in japan. Love how its near very cultural places and it has several video games and accessories for very cheap prices. Games and manga that you never belive you could find.

Large Book off opposite a mall. This place has everything: clothes, sports gear, bikes, snowboards, books, electronics, household wares, and video games. If you're looking for games though, they really only have new stuff, there's a smaller sized collection of retro hardware but it's still worth a visit.

It's surprisingly big with a very large selection of about anything you could want. It's a bit off the main strip so, it's easy to miss. Worth walking the extra couple blocks to browse.

Great bookoff. Good prices and a lot of items. From surfing goods, outdoor goods to golf and video games. You will definitely find something nice!
