Extremely helpful staff, friendly to foreigners

I don't recommend this company to anyone. I also would never hire this company to represent my house if i am a landlord.

They dont work as eagerly as other agents in this neighborhood. The staff in the office did not seem really interested in renting the houses out quickly. They neither respond to my text messages, emails, nor communicated effectively in person. They just say, "Like i said," the person in charge of the house is on vacation, and nobody else talk to the landlord. I looked at the house on Sunday and couldn't get any answers to some questions until Thursday (they did not initially even want to get back to me until Saturday). Meanwhile, the ad of the house i was interested in was still keep coming up on the SM, and I was losing other houses that I was considering while waiting to hear from this company.

In other companies, if a person in charge is out of town, someone else takes it over and responds competently. I don't know if it was a bad timing or what, but the agents in the office seem to be just some college interns who only post things on the SM, and sure can show the home if I strongly INSIST to see, but don't care if we sign a contract on the house or not. They communicate so poorly as well (i can't clearly understand what the landlord said to some of my requests), and I feel bad for the landlord. I just felt they are not trying to rent this house out. The house I was interested in was "American Style House." I really liked the house and was ready to make a deal, but while waiting and getting frustrated from their lack of communication and attitude, it became so distasteful.
