Good selection of stores and items available. Muji has an extensive range, including quite a lot I haven't seen in the UK.
There are about ten restaurants on the fifth floor providing a range of meals, mainly noodle based.
On the ground floor there is a good supermarket for all the little things that you need, such as fruit and water and sweets.

Wow. This plaza is awesome. Probably the biggest and most favoured in Nagasaki. It consists of 5 floors, spanning over groceries, foods, apparels and so on. I love the ground floor in particular, which comprises a supermarket and food court. Amazingly awesome. Amazing in an awesome way. One more thing, the prices are gobsmackedly low. I was jawdropping when looking at the price tags. It is also pleasantly surprising that some brands such as Francfranc, GAP and Muji have shops here. The environment is totally customer friendly. Every now and then you'll see the loo or comfy sofa for one to take a rest. Awesome.

A busy mall near Nagasaki station. It's pretty decent. It has all the good stuff.

Ideal when it's too hot or cold.

Can be packed with people but the turn over is quick so you'll find a spot to eat very quickly.

Amu plaza is a great place to shop or just hang out. It has free Wi-Fi and quite a few restaurants on the top floor. A decent food court is on the first floor. There is also a Starbucks and a Tully's with Seattle's best close by. Starbucks also has free Wi-Fi. There are many shops as well, including GAP and Muji, both on the second floor. On the third floor there is a book store with English language books. All in all, being connected to Nagasaki station and the JR. Station hotel as well as the Royal Host family restaurant, you should pretty much find what you need.

Just opposite the APA Apartment, we always walked across for morning coffee, lunch, dinner and shopping for souvenirs at Amu Plaza. A convenient place to be and close to the Nagasaki station.
