Had a great time at this Onsen. The service, english speaking staff, hot spring and the view, snack bar, rest area and the outdoor patio were all fantastic. What made it special for me was how quiet it was with just a few people inside the baths. Not sure if the water was real natural hot spring water but the beautiful view of Fuji San while dipping made it impossible to leave.

Next door to Godenba outlets park. 1.5 hour driving from Tokyo. Private room onsen is one of most attractive points of this daily spa. Price is reasonable. The spa shares same restaurant with the hotel next door. They have pretty spacious resting area on 2nd floor where you may spend whole day there.

Best onsen that I had in Japan! 🙆‍♀Can’t describe the wonderful feeling of having onsen while enjoying the breath-taking view of Fuji! The public bath itself it’s great enough for the full Fuji view experience. It’s very clean and neat! If you have chance to drop by the outlet mall, this is a must-visit!

Our experience at the Onsen was truly extraordinary. It was our first time visiting one, and we had the foresight to book our room in advance. The view from the Onsen was absolutely breathtaking, and we were fortunate enough to catch a glimpse of Mount Fuji that day. One hour was simply not enough time to fully indulge in the experience. Additionally, we were delighted to discover that they offered food for sale on the second level, creating a cozy space where we could relax, read some books, and enjoy our meal. Overall, it was a five-star experience that exceeded our expectations.

Hightly recommended for taking a bath with spectacular view. Mt Fuji was covered with snow. The quality of carbonated spring is wonderful. The best part is after bath. There are library, blanket and cushion provided. And you got the space to take a nap.

I booked the private bath, it is something you should try, or must try at least once. The room comes with all you need, and absolutely lovely view for Mount Fuji if you have good luck.

Love that there’s access from Gotemba so you can relax after a nice day of shopping. We decided to book a private onsen on the third floor (where on clear days you can have a nice view of Mt. Fuji). Although we weren’t so lucky with Mt. Fuji because it was cloudy, we enjoyed the onsen thoroughly. There’s also a restaurant you can eat at and relax after your onsen experience.

Recommend to reserve in advance
We came on a saturday at ard 2pm+ and were told that they are only left with 1 room type which is the 5000yen. We wanted to book for the 7000 yen one as the views are nicer and the onsen is bigger
But never the less, the 5000yen room was good for 2 pax.
But the view is kinda blocked by the trees
Will sure come try the hotel clad next time!

Good spa to enjoy Mt. Fuji scenery with sauna. I felt here is not expensive to enjoy both.

A great place to enjoy hot spring with Mount Fuji in your sight.
It’s a very relaxing place, you can watch the Fuji mountain with some coffee afterwards, or even take a nap. I only went to the public area but they have private rooms too.

Beautiful place for hot spring, and you get to see mt. Fuji. Reasonable price for a great experience! Plus, the outlet is right next to here ;)

Great onsen with view of Mt Fuji, although only one onsen pool has the view of Mt Fuji.

They have aromatic sauna as well as many other facilities, such as cold bath, charcoal acid bath, and sitting bath.

A high class onsen in Japan. Worth it

We booked a private room for 2 people for 1 hour. The room is traditional and the bath outside is gorgeous. If it’s a sunny day you’ll have a view of Mt Fuji but unfortunately we went on a cloudy day. Still, we had a really relaxing time but just watch out because time goes so fast and if you return the room late there’re fees!

Water is clean and good

Tried the public onsen here. Top-notch quality in terms of environment and service. Their public bath has awesome view to look at Mt. Fuji. They also offer cozy resting area for non hotel quest to chill and read after the bath.

Great onsen to relax after shoping at the Gotemba Premium Outlets. We took a private room for one hour with a view to mount Fuji. Would be very atmospheric if it was bright outside, but the night view of the city was great as well. A bit pricey, but definitely enjoyed it.
