SHAKE SHACK

The limited edition black truffle burger is just divine, the taste of truffel on the beef. The original smoke shack are well made also, love the buns used here.
The service top notch, spilled the beer and they exchange the new one without asking.
That’s great service on top of great food..

We tried their vegetarian menu , the shroom burger and curly fries both was good. Lemonade was also good but the restaurant is almost always crowded.

I think the burger could use a bit more seasoning but overall it was very fresh and tasty. I also recommend the chicken bites they're pretty tender and juicy.

The shop is also very large and efficient

After a tiring walking and shopping day, I went into Shake Shack as there was a cosy atmosphere. Also, there was not much crowd

The portion given was filling, and the service staff are friendly and polite.

One of the most food outlets at gotemba that I want to eat for.. On my country in Indonesia there is no Shake Shack burgers, so I'm very glad to eat that magical burger for the first time 🥶🇯🇵🙌

¥2500 for a burger, cheese fries, and a lemonade. Very good double burger that was smoked and the fries were just all right and the lemonade very good. I had the place practically to myself. I guess going on a Monday evening was a good thing. Very friendly staff and English menu made ordering very easy. Spacious dining and almost open air with a crisp breeze blowing through it.

Somehow, my first time at a Shake Shack was in the middle of nowhere in Japan. Their food was pretty good.

Had tried it times in New York, not much special at all, but this one here in Japan sure they have a heart to cook , beef not over cook nor too raw, they made it perfect cook & French fries not oily but crispy, just only beef flavour not strong enough.
More importantly staff are nice, thx

Very good place in food is delicious

The vibe of this place makes you want to stay longer and longer. Very comfortable, spacious and good for a chat keeping warm when it's cold outside.

Great location and wonderful staff. The usual standard of excellent burgers and speciality drinks only in Japan with caramel, vanilla, and black sesame

A very good place after a long day in outlets. Main highlight is Mushroom burger, it's moist and fantastically made. Shakes are must try.

Spacious outlet w plenty of seats. Seasonal yuzu karaage burger was yums!
