Sample Village Iwasaki

We got here half an hour before closing time, yet we still got to make some simple miniature food samples all thanks to the friendly and patient staffs. They were very encouraging even though our best efforts produced ugly food samples. Nevertheless it was a fun and educational way to spend 30mins, and also to grow new respect for the innovative craftsmen who ply this trade.

No english help, I would recommend understanding some Japanese(but probably not required). Was very fun experience. 900 yen made shrimp tempura and lettuce.

Extremely cool and unique place to visit! Do you wonder where all those detailed food samples that you see in restaurants come from? Here! And you can even buy some, they make for very special souvenirs.

This place was so fun! My friend and I made sushi replicas, and it was much easier than I expected it to be. Also a great place for photo ops!

Fun 30 min activity to do! Did the tarte for 800 yen. Was hoping though I can prepare the fruits, but they give them to you all prepared (assembly was the activity).

In the middle of the mountains,you find this place where you can attend workshops making sample food and purchase the real-looking fake food in the store filled with finished products.It's good to learn about the history of the sample making technique.

予約時間よりだいぶ早く着いたのですが30分早く始めてくれて対応がうれしかったです
そのおかげで ゆっくり作れました！
今回はレタスと天ぷら1品で1200円にしましたが かなり楽しめました！
レタスののばすのがむずかしかったけど楽しかった！
他の所でも作りましたがここが1番 安くて 親切でゆっくり作れました
またリピしたいと思いました！駐車場もバスが止まってなければ10台ぐらいは停めれるかな？
郡上八幡 の街並み楽しんで帰りました！
