田泽湖温泉度假酒店

Close to Tazawako Ski resort and beautiful shrine to Kannon. Rooms and meals were excellent! Highly recommended.

We’ve been to many hotels with buffets provided and we all agreed that the food here is the best so far!!! Everything was delicious. They provided breakfast and dinner with a free alcoholic drink ticket for each guest. Both meals were buffet. Beef steak was juicy and soft. I love mini croissants. The room was nice and spacious. Free snacks were tasty. Good view. Comfy bed. Only the bathroom that was quite old but they’ve good onsen. Multi-purpose room was cool. The lounge was awesome. Free drinks and ice were always available. Their yukata was so cute and came in variety of colors. I recommend staying here. More than worth the price! If only they can renovate the bathroom, the place’ll be a perfect gem.

Excellent Hotel and very Child Friendly!
The Dinner Buffet was excellent as Crab was in season. They had a special Crab Soup, made by our special Monster Friend. Good entertainment for the night.
Comfortable stay, clean rooms. Everything you need after a day in the snow

First off, I have to applaud the staff with being so patient and kind towards me. I know it was difficult since my Japanese is very broken, but I appreciated everything they did.
When I checked in, I requested some bus information so I could go to the lake and the staff gave me a map then proceeded to mark it for me. After my excursion, I came back to the hotel to eat some of the buffet dinner. I was a bit intimidated since I didn't want to do anything rude, and one of the cooks came out and spent time with me! He showed me what to do and offered suggestions.
I did not go to the hot springs in the hotel since I was tired and went straight to bed, but I'm sure they were great as everything else was when I stayed. I highly recommend this location to anyone who wants to escape the city life.

Such a lovely, quiet hotel with that Ryokan feel to it. Comfortable beds and clean room. There was even a multi-port charger for various smartphones and excellent WiFi. Lots of space in the parking lot area. Beautiful onsen baths.

Love the way onsen be. I was search about many Ryogan around there. This place was cheapest ! and It was surprised me that hotel really huge and so clean.
I planed to go to Nyuto onsen (1km. from hotel), but it was rain. btw hotel also have own onsen and it's not bad.

Very nice onsen, the bath was incredible, the rooms very clean and comfy.

The Japanese room were roomy and clean. Just 10mins away from the Tazawako Lake. Staff were friendly and helpful.

平日に泊まりましたが、混んでおらず温泉も貸切で最高でした♪

フロントでチェックイン後、好みの浴衣を選べるのも楽しかったです。

別棟のお部屋は古さは感じるものの、ロースタイルのベッドが落ち着きました。
景色は山側で小川がせせらいでるのが見えました。

夕飯のビュッフェは秋田ならではのメニューは少なかったものの、切りたんぽ鍋やじゅんさいなど楽しめました。
普段見ないメニューも多く、外国の方も面白そうにお皿に取っていました。

お風呂は熱めの浴槽もあり、つぼ湯など楽しめました。時間帯で男女入れ替わります。

当日は雨でしたが、夜中起きて外を見てみると満天の星空が！母も喜んでいました。

トータル的にとてもよいお宿でした。
