Hiroshima Airport Hotel

This was my second time staying at Hiroshima Airport Hotel, and once again, I chose it for its excellent location right next to Hiroshima Airport. The hotel's shuttle service to the airport was convenient, especially since I had an early flight the next morning. Prior to my stay, I inquired about shipping my luggage before check-in time, and the staff responded promptly with a positive and detailed answer.
Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the staff had already placed my luggage in my room, demonstrating their exceptional service and making me feel truly welcome. The hotel's restaurant offered a delicious deep-fried oyster set, which I thoroughly enjoyed for dinner.
Overall, I highly recommend Hiroshima Airport Hotel. If I have the opportunity to fly from Hiroshima Airport again, I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel once more.

This hotel is not the newest design but clean and neat. I had a very comfortable overnight rest and sleep. Nice garden view in the morning and serve variety of breakfast option. Restaurant in the hotel priced higher than average restaurant in the Hiroshima city. My only complaint was the WiFi, unstable at some corners.

5/5 if ure flying from hiroshima this place is a must stay. Convenient to the hotel is one thing.

It is not only one of the cheaper hotels I've seen in japan, the toilets are squeaky clean and is accompanied by service quality that is INSANELY amazing!

I screwed up and placed my luggage delivery date on the Tak q bin form 1 day late. The manager drive to Yamato company to pick it up. IM FLOORED.

their free coffee and tea is really nice too almost as nice as some of the 5* hotels I've been to!

The reception? Incredibly friendly, they take their job seriously.

They have breakfast that starts at 6am (crazy early) and a few other restaurants. Souvenirs as well right in the lobby. Amazing! How i wished they sold bath bombs as well but that's unheard of.

5/5 ty (arigato) for making my stay in Hiroshima so comfy & amazing. The best service I've ever received in Japan thus far! If I could rate it more than 5 I would. Because th ats how much their service measured up to all the other hotels I've been to thus far.

We stayed here at the beginning and end of our bike tour of Japan. The staff, especially Takemoto were incredibly kind and accommodating of our unusual gear and needs. They happily stored our bike boxes for the 2 months we travelled and kindly stored our bikes in the lobby for our stay. Convenient location and exceptional staff make this a must stay if you’re arriving at Horoshima Airport.

We stayed one night before an early morning flight. We have stayed at hotels in airports in many different cities around the world, and this is one of the best we've had.

The room was comfortable and VERY quiet, even facing the runway we couldn't hear planes. There were several nice elements in the room, such as a heated mirror that doesn't fog up after a shower!

We had a very nice dinner in the restaurant, and the complimentary breakfast buffet. All the food was well-prepared, and the staff kept everything clean.

And then, upon checking out, we could walk 3 minutes to the terminal!

This hotel has a good bar and restaraunts on site. I was really impressed by English-speaking speaking staff and discount coupons for restaurants. My room was clean and came with two bottles of mineral water. There are complimentary items located near the elevator. The hotel provides a shuttle to the airport, which makes hourly runs, and after 8:30 p.m., it can make direct trips without schedule. I highly recommend this location, and I will definitely return for future use!!!!! #ohdisisgreat

Wonderful staff and service.

Only came for coffee and a dessert, the tea room is delightful with it's large glass windows.

I asked the staff about a view of the sankeien gardens next door which they don't (shame) but he came and showers me the nice view of the pond behind the hotel (opposite the airport) which looks very nice.

I would definitely recommend people stay here if they have an early flight or arrive exhausted. A nice place to refresh and relax before continuing travels or business.

Good value. Very convenient. You can walk from the terminal to the hotel. The breakfast was outstanding. The hotel reception was friendly and respectful. I ordered room service for duty and the food was very good. The surroundings are well landscaped. Even though it is next to the airport, I did not hear any planes.

3 mins walk to the Airport. Staff are friendly and polite. And the best part of the hotel, are the beds. The beds are super comfortable. It's the best place to spend your last night in Hiroshima.
For dinner, head down to the Airport itself. There's lots of restaurants there.
And the shops in the departure are opens as early as 6.30am. so you can still do your last minute shopping before you fly off.

Nice hotel very conveniently located just beside the airport. Staff were friendly and room was comfortable. Breakfast was great. Perfect for those who have an early morning flight to catch.

My first time having to stay in an airport hotel, because Hiroshima airport is in the middle of nowhere and my flight next day was early.
The room is spacious, comfortable and clean, cheaper than most of the options in the not so nearby cities. It worked perfectly for me for I just need a good night sleep after traveling in the region for 8 days.

Really nice hotel for about 2 nights. There is a big park with a lake around it - very beautiful. And the lounge is good for one, two or three drinks ;) also liked the chicken wings but would be nice to get a few more for the price

This is perfect place to stay. i highly recommend you to stay here. the room and the views is gorgeous. it has TV, bathup, hairdryer, air purifier on the corner, coffe on the table. also the food is delicous. i wish i could stay in here again someday, very worth it 😍👍

Great hotel within walking distance of the airport. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room nice, clean, and smelled good. Bed comfortable.

I enjoyed this hotel and the facilities so much. The view is no joke. We could see the airport from the room.
